A shout-out to this Panera for always being amazing even when it seems they're short staffed and stressed they always provide me with great food and service. I've been to this Panera many times this year, I've lost track. I've had experiences where I ordered something through the app but the delivery driver didn't follow through with all the items, I've had experiences with ordering cookies they didn't have and not realizing, and every time something happens I am met with kindness and gratitude.
Seriously, the employees who have worked here the last few months have probably had it rough with things that go wrong. But they are star players. When they didn't have the cookie I paid for they gave me two cookies of a different kind, when they didn't deliver my drink they offered a voucher for a future visit; and while I would never want someone to take advantage of these individuals I wanted to just give a shout out to those working with the public because I know how hard it can be.
The food is always good, as you can see in the photos the warm bowl (so good) and broccoli cheddar soup (while my stomach might grumble about it) I love it. I also enjoy their chipotle chicken avocado sandwich (got to ask for the cilantro off of it though) 🤮. My husband always gets the same soup but he liked the pizza and of course our favorite drink is the green papaya drink. My husband, a picky eater, fell in love with it when he shared my drink one day and now gets it every time. The new lemonades are alright, honestly I'll stick with the papaya for now. We also tried the pizza, it was good, but for $7 it just reminds me of a cheaper pizza I could get at the store.
I think Panera should focus on their soups and salads more, instead of doing weird stuff like pizza. It's a continuous market, I suppose, but it's competitive so I doubt Panera will last- or at least until they realize pizza just isn't their strong point. But baking bread, soups/sandwiches and providing that cafe inclusive comfort? THAT'S Panera and that's why I love going.

Read moreI gave five stars for everything but really it was CYANNE, Service, I always order on the app, but for whatever reason it wasn’t working, I was so frustrated. My kid only wants Panera Bread tonight. Stomach doesn’t feel good normally being a former food service industry worker I would never walk in somewhere 15 to 20 minutes before close it’s rude, but because my kids sick and I know it’s just soup and easy and fast I did and CYANNE was so sweet and understanding I wasted too much time messing with the app because I was ticked off, it wasn’t working. I frequently utilize the Panera Bread app. In addition to being sweet hospitable, and patient with me she also helped me fix something within the app that I’ve been going on for years, my fault, I apologize for coming in so late and explained that my daughter was not feeling well and the app wasn’t working. She said she completely understood and I had already felt that way she had already given me that impression I knew already she was a mother, a very young one, but I knew she was a mother. I went ahead and asked anyways she confirmed.. I hope Panera Bread realizes what an asset she is to their company and again I want to say thank you so much to her. Read moreI went thru the drive thru of this location for the first time. It was Wednesday which meant they had their great baked potato soup. I chose the pick 2. The lady on the radio was so quiet, very hard to hear when u are parallel to a major road with car/motorcycles roaring by. I asked her to speak up but, she didn't! I get to the window & I handed handed her my rewards card, she ran it then, abruptly said "You have No rewards!" I'm sure all the drivers could hear her that time! I get my food, checked it & everything looked correct. I drove home & got settled. I unwrapped my sandwich to find it's a whole sandwich & 1 slice of the bread was HARD AS ROCK & HAD A GIANT WHOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED PIECE! To make matters even more worse, idiotic & negligent on their part, I asked for the soft dinner roll, which I did get but instead of butter they put in the bag to put on the roIl, THEY PUT A PLASTIC CUP OF MAYONNAISE! WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT, DUDE!?I called the location where it took me 45min to get a hold of a manager where I was constantly being handed excuse after excuse! I don't wanna excuse! I wanna apology...
