Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I drive DoorDash as a side hustle and last night I had the worst experience with this store manager. Not only was she rude but she made the comment that if I have two orders on my dash from the store I would have to go make the first delivery and come back for the second order. I’ve never heard of that, so I call DoorDash and they say she is mistaken wait for the order. They attempted to call the store and she doesn’t answer. I go back into the store and yes I told DoorDash the lady with the missing tooth will not release the pizza like is this a hostage situation? Anyway I called corporate this morning. The owner of this store needs to know you have a so nasty and so rude manager working there that really don’t want to be there. I had time last night and this morning, she will run away dashers that are trying to deliver to YOUR customers. I feel sorry for the other woman working with her she talk to her so bad and she just be...

My husband and I went it and placed our order. We showed them a picture of the Old world pepperoni pizza THEY advertise, and asked to get it made exactly like that. We even paid extra for EXTRA pepperoni... And this.... This.... This half baked, poorly thrown together sorry excuse for a pizza is what we received. We would have gone back in to complain, but the kid working locked the doors 30 minutes before closing. Not that that would have mattered because the person that made our pizza was an extremely fowl tempered Manager. So it only would have fallen on deaf ears.

The worst part of all of it... She even came over to the nice lady that took our order to help her put in the custom order for our pizza. So she heard first hand the EXTRA request... And still this is what we received. We will never ever be back to this location & the management working tonight should be fired...

This is usually my family's go to location. Usually it's exactly what you would expect from Little Cesar's. Tonight we had 2 issues. I ordered a Vegetable pizza, and received a pizza with veggies, sausage, and ham. Not really that big of deal, but I didn't discover the problem until I got home. I also ordered 2 of the cinnamon crazy bites. When we got home I discovered they were made with garlic butter, so they were pretty gross and a waste of money. When I called to complain, I spoke with Rachel. She said that the workers in the back may have mixed up the butters, and that she had some last night that were garlicky as well. If that's the case, then why wasn't everything double checked for today ? Not really excited about my experience tonight, and hoping they will pay more attention...
