IF YOU HAVE A DAIRY ALLERGY I WOULDN'T GO HERE!! I’ve been going to this location for years. Always get a venti caramel frappachino with soy, extra caramel, single shot, and no whip cream. Just recently I’ve been getting the ultra caramel made how I normally do with no whip cream at all. I’ve had multiple issues with my drink being made with regular milk so I’ve started making sure I watch while my drink is being made, even if I’m in drive thru. Had my drink made in the “dairy” container instead of blue soy container. Never saw barista pull out soy milk. I say something to the lady at the window. To which she replies “it was made with soy, the containers don’t really matter. See the sticker says soy.” To which I reply with the fact that I’ve had problems with my drinks not being made the right way before and the possibility of drinks being made with regular milk out of habit. She assures me that it was made with soy. I take it thinking it’s possible that I didn’t see the guy pour the soy milk in. After about 30 minutes of drinking my drink it’s obvious that my drink was in fact NOT made with soy. So I call back and talk with the manager on duty. What a waste of time that was. She pretty much tells me that it could just be my stomach having problems since it was the first thing I’ve drank today(which it wasn’t). Read moreI was very disappointed when my husband and I tried to visit our local Starbucks Ms on the way to a sport event this evening. We purposely checked to see what time they closed so we could grab a coffee on the way. It said 8pm and we made it there by 7:40. We pulled in behind a car at the speaker and they pulled away. We pulled up and after a 2 min wait with no one coming on we pulled to the window. We saw two girls sweeping and apparently cleaning up to close. I realize by this time it was now 7:45 but when we honked twice to be acknowledged (and there was NOWAY the didn’t see us or it wasn’t heard) they never even looked our way to at least say something about closing 20 or more minutes earlier than the advertised time. What’s worse than the rude etiquette shown was when I called the customer service line and got on a call back list, the person that called me didn’t even care to listen to my experience before hanging up on me. Again, Im not upset so much they closed early, it’s the blatant disrespect from the two girls at the store and then from Starbucks customer care person. The building is small, if it's busy sometimes it's uncomfortable how close you may have to stand near a person sitting down. But you can always order ahead. There have been more than a couple of times in the past at this location due to staffing issues they closed the inside so you have to go through the drive-thru EVEN if you placed your order ahead. I wish there was a way on the app to tell you that the location doesn't have the inside open IF this is Starbuck's policy on being short-handed. I don't mind sitting in the drive-thru just let me know what I'm up for because that should offer a dedicated line for TO-GO orders only. They do offer a decent cup selection, and tumblers you can get lucky here often. The staff has always been welcoming and the bathroom is clean. There is outside seating at this location also.
