Smoothie King — Restaurant in Fruit Cove

My name is Tab , I come there EVERY DAY sometimes twice a day the employees know exactly who l am. This my second time coming at night and the car that wears that huge bonnet on her head constantly without a car in the world messes up my smoothie everytime. She has a bad attitude. She doesn’t greet you like the other employees does when you walk in. Everyone who has made my smoothie has always did it right but for some reason she just don’t care how she does your order. I constantly tell her how l want It and she does what she wants then tell me she’ll try to do it how l want like what do you mean you will do it how l want ? I come in this place everyday and spend my hard earned money plus l leave A tip for the employees everytime it’s to the point they employees know my name and my other but when it comes to her she acts like she hates working there which that’s not my problem. Everytime l come And she make my smoothie she do a half ass job then she just puts it on the counter and walk off like y’all ask our names for our orders so yall can call our name to let us know our order is ready but her she doesn’t she will just put it on the counter and say “hear you go”. I’m really upset about the way she treats my smoothie when l come there every single day and spend my money so l want My smoothie exactly how l want it if im paying for it. I will not be coming back to this smoothie king l will Take my money where it’s valued at because it seems like it’s like valued at this place and I’m tired of throwing my smoothies out wasting my money because she not doing it right. I watched her make a young man smoothie tonight and the way she just put it on the counter and not said a word he looked at her like he was disappointed and l looked At her the same way l should've known she was going to do the same to me. I don’t ever write reviews but this one l had Too and maybe others has been a victim of her also. I’m pissed l keep Wasting my money because she doesn’t like her job so she takes it out on your smoothie. I will not be returning once...

I just want to thank Julz for such an amazing experience at Smoothie King! I traveled from Indiana and came here looking for my smoothies, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness. Julz took my order and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

She had great conversation, gave me amazing recommendations (since I was ordering multiple smoothies for multiple people), and even explained the rewards I had available. She went the extra mile by suggesting add-ins and making sure I got the best value. On top of that, she comforted me when I shared the reason for my trip, which meant so much.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience—you won’t regret coming here, especially if you get Julz! I’ll definitely be coming back while...

I always have a great experience at this Smoothie King! The service is consistently excellent — everyone who works here is funny, personable, and genuinely helpful. I often have trouble deciding what to order, but they’re always patient and willing to make recommendations that fit what I’m looking for. Even when I come in close to closing time, they never make me feel rushed or like I’m an inconvenience, which I really appreciate. The store itself is always clean, and the restrooms are well maintained. The acai bowls always hit the spot, and the smoothies are the perfect refresher on hot, humid days.
