Hi there I'm a lake county customer and I have to say I am quite pleased with the superior customer service that I was so honored to have experienced. During my delivery. Of course I put my foot in my mouth, and said something that was totally unprofessional, and the associate had no problems with it ,just bit her lip and let it slide not only laughed it off but recovered the conversation and transaction completely professional by the time she left I felt I had a new friend and I already had an old friend and Mike the driver of the vehicle who also gave me Superior service on my first visit in the lobby guiding me through the process of elimination on the menu and explaining to me in a way I've never heard before how terpenes affect your Experience. I wish all companies trained their associates to perform to the level that Rise employees do especially the way Neuban handle the situation was far beyond her duties representing the company. I’ve been a medical marijuana patient for a few years and RISE has been one of my favorite dispensaries since I got my card. Especially for the last few months - I rarely go anywhere else anymore. The deals and product are unbeatable, I’m always impressed by the products I buy at Rise and no matter what location I go to, the staff always has great energy and makes my trips comfortable and quick.

Ive had many bad experiences at other dispensaries but in my years shopping at RISE I have only ever had ONE less than amazing experience for the first time this week and the response, specifically from general manager Emily from the Orlando store, has blown me away. She showed genuine effort and kindness in reaching out on top of going above and beyond to make things right. I've been a loyal Rise patient since they opened up in Florida. Over the years they've always provided good quality products. Glad this Fruitland Park location has opened and given us Lake County patients a very good source of medical cannabis. The prices are on the higher side so I usually shop the sales/discounts. The staff at this location as well as the others are always top notch! If you haven't been to Rise you really should give them a try especially this new Fruitland Park location. No long lines and its easy to shop there. Check em out! Some of the better strains to check out there are Animal Face, South Florida Kerosene, Afternoon Delight, and Tang to name a few. They're pretty consistent and most of the strains seem pretty well dialed-in. They usually have the terpine info listed for each strain/batch which I always appreciate so I don't have to ask before...
