Went there with my 3 and 5 year old . Rented the trainers to help since they have never really skated . My 3 year old gets tired of skating and wants his shoes back on. I return the trainer and get his shoes . My 5 year old decides he doesnât want the trainer anymore and I turn it in as well. We eat and he decides to skate . So Iâm walking around in tennis shoes with my 5 year old skating and my younger one starts off beside me then runs around . So you are going to call over head about a young man with no skates on because shoes are not allowed but yet I had shoes on and multiple other people did as well. Not sure if you expected me to leave him alone by himself and walk with my older child or what. So if you are going to enforce no shoes then no one at all needs to be on the floor with shoes.
Since I canât respond back . I know who complained bc he saw me walking with one son who was learning to skate as the other one got tired of falling and we took his off. But guess itâs ok for the ones in skates to run all over people because I about got ran over many times while I was trying to help my younger ones learn to skate. Kids in skates are a lot faster and get in the way more than a 3 year old with shoes. But not a problem because we...
Read moreFirst time here with my kids, haven't been since I was 12. Lady at the front on the phone. Very rude and short. Tell her we all 3 want to skate and we've never been before. No instructions just prints tickets. We wander around inside until we finally found skate window. Tell the guy our shoe sizes and then he asks for our tickets. I ask for a certain skate and he says oh your ticket was red. It's a few more dollars for those. Ok no big deal. Hand him my money and he says you'll have to go back up front. I go back and wait 5 min while lady chats on the phone. I tell her what I need and she says $11 I ask just for skates!? For me? She says yes. She charged me for another entry PLUS the extra money for skates. Everyone was so aloof and unprofessional. The place looks nice inside but unfortunately it's still just very "Gadsden" nothing can be nice with people like that working. Renting a helper for my youngest was $15 and they give you the $10 back but only in cash cant return to your card. .. just so many issues. Nobody is going to leave with your $3 redneck pvc helper. We will never be back and we'll be sure to spread the word. So disappointed for what it cost, totally not worth it....

We had everything set up for Saturday when we got a phone call at 2 oâclock saying that we shouldâve been there at 12 oâclock to To skate the party room would be ready at 3 oâclock. We had 45 minutes in the party room then they close at 4 oâclock. I think this is all a scam. then me and the owner and My wife and his wife all got into a bad altercation after him telling me that we canât read correctly putting us down. They wanted to try to reschedule it, but I couldnât get my money back but thank the Lord that the fun factory, I called them at the last minute and they put a birthday party together for My Son at the last minute cheaper than the skating ring. I will be taking this further. I will be taking it to the small claims court, because it was not in there agreement what was done and I turned him into the Better business bureau they are shady...
