I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I consistently experience at my local Target, which is conveniently located just two minutes from my home. A recent visit especially stood out, thanks to the incredible efforts of several employees who went above and beyond to assist me.
First, I want to give a big shoutout to Evelyn. I had been waiting for a while at the returns line and even gave up my place to someone with fewer items. Noticing this, Evelyn called me over to her line to help me without hesitation. Her attentiveness and thoughtfulness were greatly appreciated.
Then thereās Reinee, who, after finishing up with another guest, made it a point to follow up and ensure I was being assisted. I always notice her dedication every time I visit the store; sheās consistently ready to help, and I truly appreciate her for that.
John also deserves a big thank you. I realized I had left my credit card at home after being ready to check out. John held my items at the register while I quickly ran home to retrieve my card. This level of patience and understanding made my experience so much smoother.
Lastly, a special thanks to Damaris. Even though she was already off the clock, she didnāt hesitate to assist me when I needed help locating a product that was in the back. She ensured someone else took over before heading home, and I truly value her commitment to providing excellent service.

I was not satisfied & when I chose to return it the āmanagerā told me that they couldnāt accept it because the box was open which was not stated on the receipt or the apps return policy. I was frustrated because I was told something completely different. After leaving, talking to a customer service rep & a manager from this location one more time they still turned me away & almost left me out of nearly $400 LUCKILY the manager at the Wyoming location had enough common decency to easily accept the return with a very personable attitude. And today, at 6pm there was not a single checkout open, you had six seld checkouts open and of those six you FORCED people to use Credit Cards.
