TERRIBLE lying people that work at this location. Placed an online order through the panda express app. They canceled our order for no reason at all. We called the number to find out what was going on. The first person asked for all information about the order claiming they never received the order (even though we had a confirmation number and an actual order number). They then proceeded to blame Doordash and that we needed to contact them even though we had nothing to do with Doordash, that is who they chose to deliver the order. At this point we asked for a manager. They claimed over and over there was no manager. We asked "so if we were to come in there is no manager to speak to?" Magically a manager finds her way to the phone. This manager, Hannah (I think), admitted they had the order sitting on the counter and "we don't do refunds so you should come get it" even though it was a delivery confirmation. She proceeded to over talk my husband and yell at him. We demanded a refund for this behavior as we were not putting up with this bullying. We said we would stay on the phone while she did it (because lets face it, our trust in these people was non-existent at this point) and she hung up on us. Awful experience, will not be using their app again as it seems to be a ploy to steal money...
Read moreI understand shortages, staff problems and shortened hours because of the pandemic. My problem with all Panda Expresses is that you rarely have what's on the menu. Why is it every other time I go there you are out of several things? I only like a few things when I come to patronize your restaurant. It's very frustrating to come to a food joint for food and they say we don't have it. This has been at any time of the day. I order something, the drive thru person says "we're out." I ask "are you in the process of making more because I'm willing to wait" and they say, "nope out for the day" and it's like 1 pm....WTF? So why have a menu? I know it's not a supply issue because they have it the next day. Is it just employees not wanting to make more or what? "Come on in to Panda Express, we may or may not have any food you want." Not a good business model. Great food when they have what you want, otherwise a crap shoot. I think I may add you to places I don't go anymore.
Update: Whoever has taken over has righted the ship. Been there a couple times recently and both times the food was excellent and ready. Love "good" Panda Express so it makes me happy to change my review. Nice job to everyone involved there in changing the culture and quality. Keep up...
Read moreSo my dad wanted to get panda express because he wanted to try the sizzling shrimp.. Now, I've only had food from here once before, many years ago, and I wasn't keen on it then.. Can I just tell y'all how surprised I wasn't to rediscover how nasty their food is!! We got the plates with a side and 2 entrees.. I got the chow mein, and the world famous orange chicken and beef and broccoli.. My dad got the fried rice, shrimp and the steak.. We also got a couple egg rolls.. First off let me start with the Sprite he brought me; was nothing but nasty carbonated dirty sock water.. My dad loved the shrimp, I'm not a fish eater.. The rice and chow mein were beyond bland and dry.. The orange chicken was also bland with no hint what so ever of orange anything.. The beef and broccoli tasted horrible, nothing like beef or broccoli.. The steak, in my opinion, was the only thing I truly enjoyed.. Oh, the egg rolls; I've never tasted anything like that before.. They had a very strange flavor and tasted like the oil they were fried in was a good month old.. My dad says he wants to try a couple other things on their menu.. Well, he can have them, I'm never eating there again!! This was beyond disappointing and I can't understand how people enjoy this; to...
