The trampoline part was good but the party side is horrible. I book to have my daughter’s birthday they. When I came I spoke to Steven I believe was the managers name and was told by him that he would have a dedicated host for my table which didn’t happen. On 3 occasions I had to go find her because she kept getting called back to run the register and on two other occasions my guest had to do the same thing. After spending $500+ dollars in this place I had to go tell them I needed my shirt for my daughter so I could leave did not leave a tip and since they were too busy I politely left a note on the tab stating “ next time do not overbook so your host can dedicate more times to the table”. I did leave the part out that while my party was going my “dedicated host” started another party. As I was leaving Steven caught me at the front and wanted to speak which we did express our complaint until told me I needed to understand “they were still learning “ and that this host situation ran like a restaurant host style. Well if that’s the case he shouldn’t say you have a dedicated host to anyone. Two any real good manager at a decent restaurant will come by the tables to ensure his guest are getting proper service. And 3. A decent restaurant will never book its host to where they constantly have to ask to get service. He told me that “I needed to understand and it was not fair since they were still learning and is not fair for me not to comeback because of a bad experience. That was after I was asked what would I do when I get bad service at a restaurant “well I just don’t return. For one one to justify and expect a paying customer with the explanation that they are just now learning and they run it like a restaurant vs what they initially told me does not seem like a problem on my end sounds like they have poor planning and expect a paying customer to understand that. Thinking of having a party here?! DONT. If I could leave negative five stars then I would. So upon arrival, we walked in and there was an immediate smell of urine. The women’s bathroom had toilets that would not flush, so they couldn’t be used. We checked in for our party and when the time came to set up for our party, we had to clean the tables and areas ourselves because there was food everywhere and sticky stuff on the tables. As we began setting up, we were given only 10 plates for the jumpers even though I purchased more pizza for the adults too. I had to continue going and asking for more supplies when we were then told they ran out of items and wouldn’t have anymore for the rest of the day. So my husband had to leave and run to the store to purchase utensils so that our party could eat cake. When pizza arrived I was immediately upset to see that Little Caesar’s pizzas were being brought to us but yet I was charged $37 for TWO pizzas even though they cost less than $10 each. They are no where near that price if I had gone to get them myself. I didn’t pay the outside food fee because I was under the impression that the pizza was made to order there at the park. That was not true. We were told they did not have the drinks I ordered so we were given the only other drinks they had left. The party planner did not help us at all with anything nor was she ever available to do so. They would not make an announcement for our party to come eat so I had to find all the guests myself. The party guests all waited in lines for 30-45 minutes just to check in because they were not properly staffed. I missed my daughter playing the entire party because the party helper never came to even check on us. I’m currently here with 6 children for my daughter’s birthday. None of the vending machines work. The machines took our money and the staff didn’t care or offer any options for refunding our money… the ice cream machine took over 20 dollars and gave us no ice cream… again the staff just shrugged and didn’t offer a solution. It smells like a dirty diaper in here. I was honestly willing to just take the loss on this place and not return but the last straw for us and the reason I decided to stop my day to write a review is because my husband asked the staff if he could go next door and buy food and bring it in to eat while we wait. The staff said yes and that it wasn’t a problem… after he buys the food and we sit down and start eating a polite young man let us know that bringing in outside food is against policy. I told him that we’d asked permission and were told it is ok. He politely directed me to his manager. I told her we were assured that bring in the food we’d already paid for was fine. She said no and that I needed to pay her $50 dollars to eat the food. I was confused because no one had told us that BEFORE we bought and brought over food.. she said that I could pay it or leave.. she was very short and rude.. we ended up just boxing the food up and we’ll wait until it’s time to go… I won’t be coming back.
