TC'S Crab Shack — Attraction in Gainesville

Everyone kept telling me to try Krab daddy's so I finally tried them on 7/20/19. I went close to closing time and was greeted by a nice black man who was patient with me since it was my first time. I ordered crabs and a side plate. I love seafood and I was so excited to try them. When I got home all of my sides tasted great. However, when I got to my 3rd or 4th crab I noticed that they were spoiled. I was VERY DISAPOINTED seeing that this my first time trying them. I couldn't call them because they were closed. I tried calling them the next day, but they are closed on Sunday's as well. At this point, I honestly didn't want to call them because I didn't know how they would react to my first experience. However, I thought they should it least know that spoiled crabs are being served. I called back on Monday and spoke with Ms. Victoria. I explained to her exactly what happened and she gave me NO PROBLEM!! She was literally the sweetest and very understanding. I didn't want replacement crabs or my money back, but she insisted that I come back and get my order replaced. I went back and again she reassured me that it was no problem and that she appreciated me bringing this problem to the light. It was also another lady there who confirmed and backed up everything Ms. Victoria was saying. Had the customer service not been excellent, I wouldn't have went back. However, because the customer service was amazing and my problem wasn't questioned they have gained a new customer. The place is professional, clean and the food is great! I only learned of Krab Daddy’s a about 2 months ago and have been 3 times. You get a ton of food in the combos for a cheap price, and everything is delicious. The service at the counter is great, and they already remember my name. I will say, be careful on the spice level, as I did overshoot what I like the first time, but when I said that the 2nd time, the better level for my taste was recommended to me.
