Initially, I met Jeniffer—she seemed kind, but for reasons unknown, she handed me scissors to trim my laminated documents myself. I tried, but the result wasn’t seamless, and as I struggled, she walked away. Feeling frustrated and a bit defeated, I was about to give up when Bright, a young gentleman on staff, noticed my distress. Without hesitation, he approached me with genuine concern. Our office ordered a product during COVID and we received the wrong item. We tried to exchange for the correct product in store. The process should have been easily resolved however the manager and cashier did not give us the amount we paid for the item on-line and would not let us exchange for the correct product. We were told everything had to be done on-line and the store would not make exchanges. Read moreVery frustrating experience. I ordered printer ink online for pickup. When I arrived at the store 30 minutes later they cancelled my order because "they didn't have any left in stock". I went over to the shelf the ink I needed was sitting right there. Check out took forever. One employee was eating donuts while looking at a huge line and not ringing customers at her counter. When I finally checked out it was more expensive than what I paid online just an hour ago. They needed to do a price adjustment which was strange that the prices don't match between their store and website. Overall just very frustrating.
