Prohibition 37 (P37) - Gallup Dispensary (Formerly Red Barn Growers) — Attraction in Gallup

So I've been coming to this company for about a year. They've always been nice but kind of jerky when you give him an expired license by a month. Well this time I came in to buy like normal and I went in and checked myself in and told them that my dog attacked me and I can't walk. So what do they tell me, they kick us out and tell me that my husband was rude when actuality when he went into the back they told him they can't help him and that he is going to be putting them in an illegal situation. When the front boss said that we were fine to go in the back. She never alerted them to tell them that we were okay to buy. So it was entirely their fault and they don't even want to help you one bit especially when you are there and you check yourself in. Then tell them that your husband's just going to pay for the things that you want. When you're literally checked yourself in and told them you're just going to be right outside. No!!! They instead railroaded my husband told him that he can go back there didn't let the staff know and then they fought with him, so then they had to get the boss involved and instead of hearing what was going on she threw us out. So don't go there if you have a problem or if you have a health issue. They will not help you!! They will not help you one goddamn bit!! I have trusted them for a few years but they've railroaded me three other times and this is the last time. You can read hundreds of my reviews throughout the United States so you can know you are getting the straight answer from me. Do not go to this place because they will not help you. If any place that you go to, go to ultra health they are also in Gallup. They actually walked to the car they actually take care of their customers. I don't even know why I continue to go to prohibition 37 when they never ever seem to give a care about...

I came here and they weren't very helpful. In fact they were very rude in helping me. And I asked questions and they just got irate with me for wanting to understand what I was buying. The staff actually was rude to another couple that was here and they threw him out because one lady was hurt and she just asked them if her husband could buy the plot for her because she checked herself in. But I literally witnessed them throw her out and the husband out for absolutely no reason. And they claim they were breaking the law when they weren't. So I don't know what the hell is going on with this company but I read some other reviews of them that made me want to give my review after I saw them do what they did. I would not recommend this place to my mother or anybody in my family because I don't want anybody to treat them like that. I thought it was rude disrespectful and very unkind towards customers. I would not come back here again to save my life because I was very appalled by what I saw. I just turned around and left and did not want to be served by...

Well pretty much a bunch of jerk offs. I see why other dispensaries in NM do not recommend coming here. Don't walk to the door 30 minutes before they open or they'll scream rudely " were OPEN AT 3 LIKE USUAL!". Maybe I've never been here before. Doesn't matter to them though. Real inviting, gives the whole medical cannabis community a bad name. Rude, poor product, horrible people. Can't wait to come back here. My wife suffers from PTSD way to go to set off her symptoms showing they don't care unless there taking your money. Nice. As a small business owner I reccomend a new training program in customer service. Especially when your treating medical patients. Unfortunate this is the only dispensary in Gallup.
