My husband and I bought a refrigerator from RD Appliances a day before we were moving into our new home. We were nervous buying a used appliance but the choices they have are hard to turn down plus the 90 day warranty is comforting. Once we got it home we realized that the water/ice dispenser was not working. Called the next day and after going through steps over the phone to try and fix the issue, I was told that they would immediately set up a technician to come fix it after the holiday, but would also call to see if the problem would work itself out. THEY followed up with us the next day after the holiday to see if we were still having issues, which showed me they actually cared that our appliance was working properly. Once they found out it still was not working a technician was set up to come out to us. Once they arrived the following week (holiday caused delay because other than that I think they would have been out sooner) problem was solved and fixed within an hour! RD Appliances was recommended to me by a relative, and I am thankful that I followed up on their advice! The selection at the shop was generous and very affordable, which I very much needed at this particular time. The manager, Yuny, extra kindly made sure to get my washer and dryer personally delivered the very next morning, which also fit the scheduling I needed that day, due to another prior commitment for that afternoon. The installation was done quickly and easily and properly and both machines are in good working condition, so I must say I am completely pleased with my RD Appliances experience - from the moment of walking in the door at the shop to now folding and hanging clean clothes for four this week! Today, I had the pleasure of working with Yuny in finding an electric dryer.... She was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable of the inventory that she had available today. I had an extra special circumstance with a dryer that I had just purchased a week ago through an individual, and that was a purchase gone very very bad, as it did not work the way I was assured it would... Not only was I able to find what I was looking for and for a reasonable price, but the dryer that I currently have is a brand that her company knows and works with. Because I am going to let them have my dryer to refurbish and re-sell, I ended up with an extra warranty extension. Thank you Yuny and RD Appliances for helping to save me fore it is Summer vaycay as of Friday and my 6-year-old is about to be doubling up on his dirty laundry.
