La Paisanita Taqueria — Restaurant in Garland

The staff is rude and doesn't actually listen to what is being ordered, too busy trying to get back to their phones. I ordered chicken and cheese quesadillas, just meat and cheese. It came out with peppers and onions. Took it back and said I need just chicken and cheese and I want fajita chicken not the mixed up dark meat stuff(I don't like that cheap meat, I will only eat boneless skinless white chicken breast. No fat, tendons, veins or anything nasty). She brought out a beef quesadilla...... am I missing something here?? Does fajita chicken translate to beef somehow? They are definitely not worried about customer service. I was so annoyed but figured they were too stupid to waste my time explaining to them how they messed up the order yet again, not to mention that when we told her we didn't want the onions and peppers she said oh yea I was gonna tell u. We said well why didn't u? She just says I dono. No apology from her just attitude. Sorry for the inconvenience we won't be back to bother...

Rude cashier, where did they find her? Try and avoid times when shes working. 2nd time here, only came cause they were open. Lady behind the counter acknowledged me but seemed to be ignoring me. She finally asks what I'd like and I asked for chilauqeles since that was the only thing that had beans and rice aside from the breakfast plate she said that was also breakfast only. (They don't serve beans and rice after noon, so you're just getting a plain quesadillia or tacos or whatever, nothing with it). Anyways, I didn't know if she was intentionally ignoring me or not until I went to place my order and right as I was talking to her she wanders off mid sentence lol. Either severe ADD or just rude. I'm guessing rude maybe cause I mentioned how strange it is not to serve beans and rice with any...

The quality is sub-par for the pricing. Lady at the front is rude and incompetent. I asked for no ice in my horchata and still received it. I ordered a quesadilla, was told there was no cheese so I ordered some extra tacos instead. I was told they just received cheese, so I tried to cancel my order of extra tacos, that weren’t made yet. I was told she couldn’t cancel it because there was another order in front of me. What?! When I got home, I found out there was onions with my quesadilla, when I asked for none. So if you want what you specifically don’t ask for then this is your place! I’ve been here a couple times, but after a few bad visits will never be...
