I initially made my reservation over the phone For a week. The lady who took my reservation, said I could check in on a sunday but I could not. Intown suites, does not allow check-in on a sunday. On Monday I informed the manager that I had 4 children and needed to stay for a week. The manager told me that I couldn't have four kids there, but since I had a previous reservation, and informed their customer service that I had 4 kids that I could stay for a week, The Manager told me to come back at 3 so that I could get into a clean room. I checked into the room in the daytime. Later that evening after work, me and my children went to the room and discoverd the floors were filthy and the stove did not work, There were roaches, and really bad bedbugs. The first night that we stayed there it was roach powder all in the room. While I was in the shower My two year old managed to get some of her hand and in her mouth. I ended up rusing her to the Emergency room. The next day I went to the office three times to try to speak to someone to see if I could have my room changed. Addicts walked around the property all night. As a single mother, I was nervous to walk to my vehicle. There was feces by the steps the walking areas smelled like urine. It was a terrible experience. I waz upset that i informed the manager that I had children and he still put me and my family in that bug infested room. The following day I spoke to the manager and was told I could get a refund. leaving i felt terrible for the familes who had no were else to go. Praying corporate does a manadorty reconstruction. The best thing about this hotel.... was the...

I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short in almost every aspect.
Cleanliness: The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. I even found hair in the sink and shower, which was utterly disgusting.
Service: The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When we asked for extra towels, it took nearly two hours for them to be delivered to our room. The front desk staff was unresponsive and appeared annoyed when we asked for basic information.
Noise Levels: The walls are paper-thin, and we could hear every noise from the hallway and the neighboring rooms. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to constant disturbances.
Amenities: The so-called "luxury" amenities were far from luxurious. The pool was overcrowded and not well-maintained, with murky water and broken loungers. The gym was tiny and had outdated equipment, some of which was out of order.
Value for Money: For the high price we paid, we expected much better. This hotel is overpriced for the quality of service and amenities offered. I've stayed at budget hotels that provided a better experience.
Overall, this was a thoroughly disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Save your money and stay...
Read more. Our property was taken and dispersed between he and Steve in violation of the order of writ. How did I know that my stuff was taken by them and not thrown out by mistake? Apple Tags! Not just on the air fryer as I told Dale which prompted him to fess up for it! Tags, trackers and other “spying devices” Steve and Dale took my property worth over 1,000. That’s Grand Theft.
If you’ve lived there over three months and can’t pay: THEY MUST LEGALLY EVICT YOU.
It takes ten days. You go to court and offer some money. Steve refused ours. Then ten more days for writ of possession.
It costs them a lot to do that. That’s why they threaten. So if you can’t pay and have lived there three months or so:
MAKE THEM EVICT YOU AND GET A WRIT OF POSSESSION. Make them pay for the 20 days it takes. In that time remove your things and plan on staying elsewhere. But in the meantime enjoy your stay on their dime. Hit them in the pocketbook. That’s how we win. Know your rights! It is illegal for Steve to kick you out under NC law if you’ve been there long enough.
IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL FOR STEVE TO TAKE YOUR PROPERTY NEFORE THE ALLOTTED LEGAL TOME. HE BREAKS THE LAW CONSTANTLY BY VIOLATING WRIT OF POSSESSION.
Currently I am working with a detective to bring charges against him.
Hey Steve, you’re welcome for the time it took to place this review. No need to jackass the...
