TERRIBLE SERVICE! Drove an hour to check this place out on Bingo Night for a birthday dinner. We really wanted to enjoy the spot because the prices were good and they have game nights but we will not be returning. We arrived at 7pm, a table of 8 people. They immediately asked us to agree to pay their 25% tip fee for being a large party. We agreed and they sat us. We ordered drinks and an appetizer immediately. After we got our drinks we placed the food order. Thirty minutes go by and we have not seen our waitress. The entire night we had to track her down to ask for drinks and more beer. In total we were there almost 4 hours and we never received the appetizer. When we asked about it throughout the night we were told “the kitchen was asked to make it twice and isn't making it” We received the wings one and a half hours after arriving, they were cold. We received the burgers two hours after ordering, they were cold and so were the fries. So in total we waited hours for all of our COLD food to arrive. And had minimal refills all night, because we hardly saw our waitress. For the “Manager” as she called herself to take a total of $12 off the bill. She discounted each burger by $3. And we were still told we had to tip 25%, in fact the tip was written on the receipt by the waitress when we were asked to sign. When we spoke with the “Manager” regarding the discount she told us “I cannot discount the bill more than that or I will get in trouble but you can call the restaurant tomorrow and speak to our bar manager” I called several times today and the line goes straight to Voicemail, not even allowing me to leave a message. I am editing this again. I went to this establishment to give it another try, and waited 15 minutes with no one checking on my party. A group the same size sat down at the table next to us, and a server went immediately to them before their party finished sitting down. If you have no issue with poor service, then this place is right up your alley. If you have higher standards, then I suggest don't waste your time.

I am editing this review from last year. This used to be a great place for wings and great customer service. I went there Saturday with my family. It was not crowded - plenty of seating. We were there 15 minutes and the only person who approached our table was the DJ that asked if we wanted to play bingo. The waitresses walked by our table many times - stopping at the 2 tables beside us and NONE of them checked in with us. Didn't tell us they would be with us shortly, etc. I went to the front to find a manager, and no one was there. After 15 minutes, we left. I'm unsure if they've had a change in management. We came here to listen to a band last night, and the service was terrible. I don't know if it was due to short staffing, but the bartenders were awful. As soon as we approached the bar the first thing one of the patrons said was "good luck getting a drink" we soon found it to be true for the whole night. We had to get multiple drinks at a time so we wouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes to get a new one. They also acted like they didn't want to be there and on multiple occasions thought chatting amongst themselves was more important than attending to the patrons, even though there were a dozen or so still waiting for a fresh drink. JUST RIDICULOUS!!! I waited at one point over 45 minutes with an empty cup, and just refilled it with water from the lady's room sink because bar service was practically non-exist.
