I had such a bad experience at all tribe today. I bought a turquoise bracelet for my granddaughter for Christmas. She has only worn it a couple of times and two stones popped out. I called on Friday to tell them about my situation. The lady on the phone was so nice and offered to fix it with no charge without me even asking. I told her I would bring it in. So today I brought it in and the man that was there was so rude. He immediately told me the stone came out because the bracelet was bent. I explained that I had called on Friday and the lady offered to do it for free, she also explained to me that stones will pop if the bracelet is bent. I offered to pay but said I would have appreciated knowing that at the time I purchased the bracelet. The man just got mad and called out some poor worker from the back to deal with me because I wanted a bent bracelet fixed for free and he sold it to me. I felt so bad for the worker and felt so uncomfortable. I offered to pay for it again. The man then grabbed the bracelet from the worker and said I guess we will fix it for free but never again. I was just left standing there wondering why he was treating me so bad and why he was so angry. Then when he came back he just acted like it was all good saying “here you go young lady”. I don’t appreciate being treated like that. We have bought other items from this store but never again. If the lady had just explained there would be a fee to fix it or if the man would have just said things in a nice way I’d be back. But sadly I won’t!!!!!! It so sad that people are so mean and I could help shedding a few tears on...
Read moreI just received my GORGEOUS Ring from All Tribes. I am utterly impressed with the Authentic Craftsmanship, and Design in this ring. It’s hard to believe that the items you see on this website, beautiful as they are, are infinitely more beautiful in person. My children bought me a ring - the Old Sandcast Design, for my 30th Wedding Anniversary. When I put it on the stone’s colour just popped! The silver and the design of the ring is sooo smooth and soft I can’t even feel it on my hand. These people clearly take pride in their work as it so clearly shows in their items. Although I have only one item at this time, I look forward without hesitation to ordering more items, whatever they may be, knowing that what I order will have the quality of product, and service provided SECOND TO NONE!!!! One last thought, the naysaying reviews I’ve read on this board, truly do not speak truth. Purchase an item from All Tribes and you will see yourself just how Quality and Authentic their products are. In short I believe ones post negative reviews only to boast their own businesses. How sad.
I’m so very glad to have found this sight, as I will not need to look further to satisfy a turquoise “craving” In the future again. On a scale of 5 out of 5 stars, I give this business a million stars!
Thank you ALL TRIBES, your Jewelery items are DIVINE! A CUSTOMER FOR...
Read moreLiving in Colorado, my wife & I have made several online purchases from Alltribes & have always been completely satisfied with the items, prices and their service. We were recently in Phoenix and due to their store being near, we decided to visit. I wanted to get my watch band polished and look at the items for sale in the store. Upon arriving, we found a sign that said it was closed for personal reasons. While we were at the door, a gentleman came out and explained why they were closed. After talking with him for a few minutes, he told me to give him the watch band and come back in about 30 minutes. I told him he didn't need to do that, we understood. He insisted I give it to him. We left and returned in about 25 minutes and was waiting in our car when he walked up to the window and gave me my watch band, looking like new. I asked him what I owed him and he just waved me off. I tried to get him to come back so I could give him something for his time and he just went back into the store. Not only do they have great items for sale, they have wonderful people working there. Unfortunately, I didn't get the gentleman's name. Wayne M...
