Culver’s — Restaurant in Mesa

I can't believe I waited so long to try this place! I am temporarily staying over here in Gilbert and just pulled up restaurants near me on Google, and Culver's popped up. I read the story about how Culver's was started and that immediately piqued my interest before I even looked at the menu. Society is lacking in so many ways today when it comes to good ol family values and even sub par customer service. So the Culver story gave me the warm and fuzzies and I was curious how deep these values were instilled in franchises far removed from the original. From the moment we drove into the parking lot I was impressed. This side of town is older and not always well taken care of, but even the parking lot and outside seating area looked nice and clean. Walking in, being immediately greeted by staff and ready to take my order. I was too excited at this point and a bit overwhelmed with my choices. My daughter and I wanted to try it all! The clerk was very sweet and helpful. I went with the shrimp/cheese curds and my daughter with the corn dog meal. The inside was impeccable for a fast food joint. Very clean and organized. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a number for them to bring the food out to us. The food was great. Prices a little high, almost 20 bucks for the 2 of us, but definitely in line with the quality and service. This is a place you want to leave the same way you came in and clean up after yourself. If only other establishments took the same pride and care. So in short, the apple didn't fall far from the tree and I'm confident my experience here would be just as it would be at the original Culver's. From my daughter and I, thumbs up guys! Every time I go here at night the young girl who claims to be a manager which I’m not sure why anyone would let this young lady run a business. She had no customer service skills and is very rude with a major attitude. Seems as tho they are in such a rush to get people in and out of driver threw need to slow down and listen to the order so we the customers don’t have to repeat our selfs 3 times to place a order it’s not rocket since. When I pull up to driver thew window and ask why every time I come here I order the same thing and it’s a different price. Even tried to show her a receipt and she said, that’s not even my store it’s chandler yet u would assume still should not be a $3 different for same items from one location to another. Then when I told her it was no need for her to be rude with me as I was simply just asking a question. Then she says do even want your food or you wanna leave in a very very rude manner. My girlfriend was not happy at all with the way this girl was treating me. Yet happens every single time she’s there. I’ve complained to managers in the am and other employees on many occasions still no change. I do work near by and love Culver’s food yet don’t think I’ll be attending in evenings any more as long as this young lady works for this company and does not change her ways. So then after waiting in drive three for 20 min all 8 cars who orders after me got their food first I was last of course and my food first as cold and no any way the normal for any Culver’s I’ve been to. My friends,YOU know the rules. No one, any establishments that i will visit, will not get a 5 star 🌟⭐️rating, no one is worth it. I like Culver's, at every location I have been to, the food has been great, I ask for what I want, HOTTT🔥 Fresh food, especially the French fries. Why my friends, going to the other fast food, it like fight too and nail,trying to get what you and let alone wanting HOT FOOD. So far Culver's has been good. No complaints yet. P.S. Why is the bacon 🥓🥓at any restaurant, fast food cook the bacon🥓 crisp? J don't like crisp. Don't you know how to cook medium, meaty🥓 bacon?
