Customer service is bad. I went through the drive through and told the employee I will be using coupons and he said okay through speakerphone as I approached the window I handed him the coupons along with asking if he can give me additional fries and kept looking at me very weird nodding his head saying no, and I kept saying no what I’m sorry ? And he sighted so loud and it was just so awkward he asked you want the fries with what ? And I said no just by itself just add fries and he got upset for some reason, I handed my debit card and then he tells me to go park on the curbside pick up and never gave my debit card or my recite back !!? My fiancé literally had to go inside to get it along with our order . The second time I went (just left there actually) the employee decided to put ear buds into their ears and play on their phone before handing over my food. So many violations took place it's not even funny, first of all you do not touch your phone, face, hair, ear buds or anything like that then handle food without PROPERLY washing your hands. Secondly you're AT WORK not getting paid to watch hulu or tiktok. Unless its work related at least try to keep the phone put away? Read moreAs a rewards member I received an email for 83 cent double cheeseburger today. I normally go to the Carl's Jr at Gilbert and Southern and have excellent experiences there. I was in this neighborhood today so I stopped in. Neither of the cashiers who both claimed to be managers had any clue how to redeem the reward. I followed the instructions with the email, the QR code that came up was no good according to them. After about 11 minutes one of them was able to get the discount applied. I opened the app so that I can redeem 210 points for a soft drink. Same thing, cashier / manager had no clue. The short one said, "it's on the customer to know how the app works".
