While I initially came on here I was going to express how angry I was. Went through the drive through and I got home only to realize I was missing items and received incorrect items, which has never happened before and we've been here a good amount. Since the missing and incorrect items were what I ordered I began to feed my family dinner. I called the store and asked for the manager. Was then greatest by what seemed like the same person but people sound alike so whatever. I politely asked her name as I do with everyone I speak with and introduce myself. started to inform her of the incorrect items and missing items when she advised me I had to bring everything back to the store to be verified and corrected. I stated my child was eating as her offer was fine and clarified what she asked. She stated again that she needed to stop eating and have everything brought in or else nothing could be done. Being irritated and annoyed anyone, especially a manager would ask this of anyone I raised my voice and told her no! I then told her what every other store does when they make mistakes and that's to ask the person at the window if they remember seeing it in the bag first off, second ask for the receipt to be brought down. Not the food off a child's plate. She the states that fine just the receipt would work. I then verify her name again and she states Mia, once again.
I get in my car and drive all the way back and to the store and asked for the manager, Mia and was advised she was on break. Why in the world would she rush to break knowing I told her I'd be down here in 5 minutes?. Then this girl's that's on break jumps up and asks if I was the person with the incorrect order. I replied yes and as I started to inform her of proper etiquette she quickly adds that I never spoke with her, only one of her employees. I calmed down and then informed her of the employee using her name and about the conversation. The manager, Mia was polite and super nice as she informed me that yes, on the receipt is needed and apologized asked what she could do to make things better. I told her just correct my order and I'd be thrilled. She ended up compensating me for the inconvenience and informed me she would go over the proper procedures with the employee. All I asked is that she informed her to never ever states she was the manager when in reality had barley even known her own job position.
The manager, Mia was great. The food was great and the we will continue to use Panda Express as we normally do.

So since there's a limit on words/letters I'll sum it up. Went to use my compensation from our last visit 2 months ago (stated above). My husband went and got dinner, didn't check our order and came home missing items AGAIN! 2 entree's, 1 of the entree's sauce, and basically a whole side. I called and guess what happens AGAIN? I speak with 2 people who tell me they're the managers when it turned out NEITHER of them were. Went to speak with manager , it was Mia again, and she would not help me. She basically told me because my husband trusted that the order was correct and complete when he left the store, she would not be helping me. She then told her manager stated for me to come in the store in 2 days to personally speak with me and assist me then. I just laughed. I won't even be in Arizona in 2 days so I was then given a number to call and issue me complaint.
AVOID THIS CHAIN STORE!! ALL employees are either told to say they're the manager to avoid anyone actually being helped or all employees are managers who have NO idea what they're doing. I must have gotten Mia in trouble per my previous post stating she was actually helpful and decent as it was a complete 180 in her behavior and attitude. I was never rude, never demanding, never threatened nothing. Just wanted either the missing items corrected or a refund for the meal ($10 after the $10 GC from previous compensation). THAT'S it. Instead I was treated like I was in the wrong for even coming down there after being told to!
GO TO A DIFFERENT CHAIN STORE,...
Read moreStopped into the one there on baseline and county club. I ordered the fried rice the rice was under cooked and still hard the honey walnut shrimp walnuts were very hard and the shrimp was over cooked not soft at all and a little rubbery I asked for two spring rolls The girl told me that is one order I said ok I'll take that. But when I got to my seat I had one crispy and dry egg roll, and they kept getting my friends order and mine mixed up my friend paid for mine which she didn't know when she went to sit down and opened her box it was my order. She came back to the cashier and said this is the wrong order. I told the girl cashing us out because I didn't see the other girl who took my order, can you check if my Rangoons are in with my order. Nope it wasn't there, so I say ok I would like a watermelon drink. She did ask what size I said medium, light on the ice she said ok large. I said no medium so she gave me a medium with tons of ice and sets it on the counter I say oh no I need light ice she got mad and rolled her eyes. And then she called the other girl out to help her fix our order because my friend paid for mine. That girl rolled her eyes as well. And if they had gotten our order right the first time we wouldn't keep saying hey my order isn't right. And also maybe they could hear what we were asking for if they lowered the music it was loud and the a/c was even louder so you kinda had to yell your order at them, and maybe the girl was new at the job but omg why didn't one of the others help her out it was lunch rush hr. They kept messing up our orders and didn't give us what we had actually ordered and the food either had no taste or was extra salty. I decided to eat that egg roll even though it wasn't what I ordered I didn't want to keep returning to the cashier saying you got my order wrong so I tried to eat it but it had so much salt and garlic taste I had that after taste for hrs. I took only one bit and couldn't finish it and had to throw it away. So I just wasted $16 for food I didn't enjoy and didn't eat. because some of it was over cooked and other parts of mine and my friend's meal weren't cooked enough the vegetables were hard barely steamed and again the rice was hard and not cooked long enough. I won't be going...
Read moreThis is the worst service I've ever had at any Panda Express.
Given the times of the pandemic, you can only order food for takeout; trying to keep our distance, we ordered through the drive-thru. Everything was fine when we ordered; you can see in a screen what is being entered as your order, to confirm that there are no mistakes... no problems so far.
Once we got to the window, we received a couple of drinks and were charged for the food, and we got the rest of the order in a bag. I asked if we had napkins, and was told that they were in a bag along with the plastic ware.
To speed things up, we moved quickly to let the next person receive their order. We stopped at a nearby park to eat (lovely day that day), and were mortified to find out that 3 out of 4 plates were wrong: Received rice when Chow Mein was ordered Instead of Black pepper Angus beef we got mushroom beef, and it had exactly one tiny piece of beef Instead of mushroom beef we somehow got orange chicken. The fourth plate was correct, but we got only 3 forks; one of us had to wait to use someone else's fork.
Since these are franchises individually owned and operated (their words), it's obvious that this one is mismanaged. We'll stick to other locations.
If you must order here, with apologies to the person behind you, take your time to review your order before...
