I went to this store recently to look for some crystals for one of my friends birthday gifts. She had given me a few idea of the crystals she has been interested in this being Charoite, Opal, Pink Opal, and Strawberry Quartz. When I walked in there were about 3 or four employees all gathered near the display cases and register. They all just stared at me and didn’t say welcome or anything at all, I didn’t feel very welcomed and felt like I was interrupting them. Anyways I went in a strolled around for a bit, I then made my way over to their less than exciting crystals section and saw some strawberry quartz towers, yay I’ll get one of those. Then I went over to the front and looked at all the bead bracelets they have, and decided to get a black tourmaline bracelet and then spotted a “charoite” bracelet. I went back over the to case with the towers and asked an employee to see inside the case as it was locked (standard for shops, no issue there) but when I asked him he seems annoyed and rolled his eyes before getting the key. I got all my crystals together, the strawberry Quartz tower, black tourmaline bracelet and the supposed “charoite” bracelet. I was in rush as my family was waiting for me in the car and I handed the employee my money and received my change and left. The employee never said anything more to me then the total, a simple “did you find everything alright” could have sustained or even a “have a good day” but sadly no hospitality was experienced at all the whole time I was there. The “charoite” bracelet was obviously died and fake I would assume some sort of quartz, very disappointing for a shop who claimed to have high quality goods, Now I’m sure I will be answered with on of the shops snarky and outright rude reply’s as I’ve seen many a times while scrolling through other reviews before writing my own. I do not recommend this store at all, there are plenty of very welcoming and friendly shops/employees in the area that would be an overall better experience than this one. Do not visit this shop, terrible service, terrible employees and fake merchandise.

My first time going into a store today, and all three Associates were very helpful. One in particular, I didn't get her name, but she was very knowledgeable on every single Stone. I even went to a store two blocks away, bought a stone necklace, and brought it back because the associates there didn't know what stone it was. All it took was a simple question of "which stone is this?" And she already knew what stone. Even pointed me to the basket holding those stones. Thank you so much for helping me! Wife likes some of the clothes there. Just a cool little shop really I really like the smells of the incense when I walked in. Will go back again. There is a Mexican food place there as well pretty good and a comic book store and a really cool antique toy store. Has a lot and I mean a lot of those miniatures for miniature houses / models.

I was in this store earlier this week. The young woman on the phone was very disrespectful to me to start with. She was laughing at me on the telephone when I asked her about an item. This rubbed me the wrong way to start with. Then when I called later this week, and asked for the owner/manager she would not give me any info on this person, or tell me when they were going to be in the store. She just kept wanting my name and phone number. Now as a customer why would I give this kind of information to this rude person. After asking 3 times for the name of the owner/manager. She just hung up on me. I then returned my call, and she began to actually argue with me on the phone and just hung up on me again. This made me so unbelievably upset when she did this. This girl was so unbelievably rude, and unprofessional in business. I was actually calling to make a complaint about her really bad attitude on the phone the other day when I had to deal with her. Also there was an individual male employee who waited on me when I went into the store. When I asked him for an item. He was very short with me, and not very tolerant with a customer who was trying to find something. I feel that this store has people that work in it, who really do not wish to be dealing with the public. Or they do not like being employed there. I have been in business for myself for over 37 years. I would not ever treat my clients like this. The clients are who keep your doors open. This particular location has been there for years. The last time I was in there. The gentlemen who was working there was so nice, and professional. That's why I went back to them. But I am going to the other side of town for now on just to get my items. I will not be returning to this store in the future. Who on earth would ever want to listen to an employee yell at you, and argue with you over the phone. just because you wanting to know when the owner was coming back into the store, or his name. If you are looking for items that this company store sells, heed my words. Go across town into phoenix at 7st. there is a store there and they will treat you with real respect, and not yell at you at all. I really hope people read this and heed my words. Good luck to the owner with this kind of employee. One other thing after reading the owners replies on other bad reviews, this person just tries to make either excuses for his employees, or they blame the customer whole heartily. The number one rule in business is the customer is always right. No one should ever be yelled at, hung up on, made fun of, or disrespected by an employee at all. So if the owner of this company tries to put the blame on me as a customer. This just spells out why these individuals feel it is okay for them to commit these kinds of acts as an employee of this establishment against a customer.

After the manager made a rebuttal to my review. He basically just said that his employee did nothing. If you notice the non response for hanging up on me, or arguing with me on the phone. The disrespect that was applied also. Just apologize for the laughing. The manager was short with me. You had the attitude like a woman on her monthly. A bit snooty with me. You only said nothing to me after that because, I stopped talking to you in a nut shell. Gotta cover your but sir. Of course you guys did absolutely nothing wrong. This is why I will not be doing any more business with you at all. The fact that she laugh at me at all is the problem. The stuff is just a type of resin crystal which does burn, and smells just like the Sage. So I will not ever be coming back to your store, and I do not apologize for this at all. Your apology is not accepted. Its a little late. Learn to take some responsibility and fault with your problems. Plus the girl is not going to tell you the truth at all. You sir must be a bit of a fool to believe her. She is not a girl friend, just an employee okay. The customer is...

I used to think highly of this store, but now I understand that they dont have any compassion for their customers, and only care about profits. Hey, I get it, your a business and making money is the whole point. But, customer appreciation apparently isn’t important coming from a supposed happy energetic and spiritual enlightenment store. They don’t accept returns, exchanges, credit, or refunds! It states it on the register (I was only made aware of this when I came in to return the statue, and the manager had to point out a small red plaque on the register away from where I actually completed my purchase). If this store is that strict about its return policy, they should make it a habit to tell each customer explicitly as they check out, that all sales are final. It’s apart of their policy and they follow it strongly. I respect that, however, here is my issue. And here is where the profits over customer comes in. A few days ago, I purchased the wrong goddess for my altar. When I purchased her, the manager asked me who it was while at the same time, answering her own question by stating the goddesses true name, I said to her what I thought the goddess was because I thought she was wrong (when it turns out,her statement was correct) she didn’t correct me and just said okay. She went through with the purchase, knowing that I was mistaken about the statue, and didn’t try to correct me or help me with finding the correct one. A few days later I realized the mistake, i knew I could not keep her and wanted to give her back. As such because I didn’t want to disrespect the goddess in any way. I called the store and spoke about my issue, and the lady said that they could do nothing, respectfully to their policy. I asked if there was anything they could do to help and in which she stated, and I quote, “absolutely not”. She showed no sympathy or compassion, and needless to say I was shocked. Now knowing that there was nothing they would do, I still wanted to return the statue. I didn’t want to keep it in my home, and wanted to give her back so she could find a better home. Knowing that I might get nothing back. So, I drove for an hour and a half in rush hour traffic, a total of 45 miles with no AC, just to go to the store and return the statue. When I get there, they basically tell me again about the policy, and seemed shocked that I would just give her back. They showed no compassion, and never apologized for the horrible inconvenience that this has caused me. I thought they may do something, and I would have gladly excepted say 5% off my next purchased I could always use something there as they have a lot of supplies, but I got nothing. They took the statue back, and I’m sure they will resell it for double the profit. I told them I would not come back, but they said nothing to keep me as a customer. They showed they did not value me or my situation. No help, just nothing. Only to tell me no. With that I left, and I won’t come back. I take responsibility for not knowing enough of the goddesses, as well as putting myself through hell to return the statue. I know I could have sold it in offerup or given it away for free. I however did not want to put myself through the stress of solving the issue, for a mistake that could have been prevented by the manager begin more knowledgeable about her inventory and helping me find the correct statue instead of allowing me to buy the wrong one when she knew otherwise. I hope the goddess statue goes to a loving home. Be aware of this place in that they want your money, and care less about your spiritual journey.
