Wow wow- what a wonderful museum. To park, you can park at the Glendale City Lot across the street- and there's accessible spots. The admission is reasonable too- only $5, and when you first walk in- there's a nice gift shop packed with lots of toys and dolls. They also have a model classroom too with dolls, and posters as well as a toys section on the very back. I spent 1-1.5 hours here just taking my time to soak in each...
Read moreI made a 45 minute trip up here and it was well worth it. They have SO many dolls from 1900’s and older- but also have newer dolls as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see their collection of Star Wars figures and GI Joes! They also have a gift shop, in which I was able to get a ridiculous bundle of Barbie clothing for $8! Madness! I love it and hope to come back for more soon!!! I didn’t take many pics since some rooms have signs that say no pics, but I didn’t see anything near the Barbies so I think I’m okay! Thank you for giving me new clothes and a chance to see such beautiful dolls from so...
Read moreNice place for a quick history on dolls. The curator was very knowledgeable and provided a short, detailed overview on their displays, describing how the dolls were constructed and where from. We had an enjoyable time here since we wanted a quick stop and this museum is not too overwhelming but contains enough interesting items. I especially enjoyed the miniatures from Knotts Berry farm. The detail...
