Cafe Bravo — Restaurant in Glendale

I wasn't going to do this, but sorry, I have to call them out on the service. If you're having a bad day, then just stay home.

We order at least 2 a month big family meals for 15 to 20 people from this restaurant. I have nothing bad to say about the food, amazing, delicious, and cooked to perfection.

When I walk in, I get yelled at from across the restaurant from cashier to put on my mask. I turn and tell her my mask is on my face, whatever I will let that one go.

I am just trying to double check my order because past times, the side of extra appetizers were forgotten, butter, or seasoning. I told the young lady cashier, can you make sure we have bread non was given to us last time. She gets the bread and smacks another one on top. "I AM GIVING EXTRA BREAD BECAUSE HE DIDN'T GET ANY LAST TIME!" I am sorry I am all about supporting small businesses, ma and pa shops. But not to an extent, making me feel bad for expecting something I paid for.

I will definitely keep ordering from Cafe Bravo, but if this continues, I will go to...

Was in the neighborhood and wanted to find a good Kabob place. Read reviews and decided to give this place a try. Nice place, semi busy, ordered the Chicken Kabob plate. Took a seat and waited for my order, as I was waiting I was entertained by a waiter and cashier arguing about what seemed to be about tray placements, not very professional as the waiter raised his voice a few times. As this was going on I didn't notice that my order was skipped by 10 other orders.....! I was ready to ask for a refund when another cashier told me that my order was next. I asked how my order go skipped and his response was "that they sometimes put the to-go orders aside to rush the dinning in orders".. I was really surprised by this answer and almost made a big deal about it but was not worth it. In the End Food was Ok, I might try the Beef next time or try another Kabob place.. If it was up to my son, we would eat here seven days a week :) The Chicken Breast Plate is the families go to with everyone enjoing their own sides... I prefer the Himmus and potato salad, wifey the cucumber yogurt and pasta, my daughter double pasta, my son Hummus and pasta. They cook the meats ro order so you only eat freshly cooked, which is always a plus!!! The staff are very friendly and after visiting a bunch they get to know your usual. They can know sell beer and have 2 big screens to watch the games. All you have to do is ask! They do catering for those who are looking to buy for larger groups or home events.
