They don't call him 'MacGyver' for nothing. Andy is one of those rare mechanics who actually cares about the quality of his work. You can tell immediately that this guy takes pride in what he does -- he's meticulous, methodical, & truly knows cars inside & out. EVERYONE else I've dealt with in the past has been CARELESS... they rush jobs, leave scratches or dings, & just try to move on to the next customer. Andy is the complete OPPOSITE.

I got into a serious accident, over $18,000 in damage -- & Andy put my car back together like it just rolled out of the factory in an extremely reasonable time-frame. I'm not exaggerating. Every line was perfect, the paint matched flawlessly, and the car drives better than it did before the accident. The level of craftsmanship here is unreal. He's literally a car whisperer.

Also got to give huge credit to Carlos, who's the operational heartbeat of that shop. The guy runs the place like a well-oiled machine, organized, professional, & completely dialed in (& yes, jacked too). And Gary, the owner, is a solid guy & down-to-earth.

If I had to give one "negative," it's that they're not the cheapest place in town. But honestly, you get what you pay for, & every time I've tried to save a few bucks at other shops, I've paid for it later in scratches, sloppy work, or just dealing w/ bad attitudes. With Andy and the team, you're paying for peace of mind & top-tier quality.

Bottom line: if you want your car fixed CORRECTLY @ a HIGH LEVEL -- not just patched up -- this is the only place you should be going....

My 2009 Honda Accord was totaled by an idiot who was texting while driving. The insurance company of the driver at fault was based in Illinois and gave horrible service and refused to total the car from the pictures. I called around looking for auto body shops that included tow in their service so that I didn’t have to go through the pain of filing a separate claim for the tow on top of the original claim for the collision. Gary answered my call and got a tow truck out to me within a couple of hours. He did all the paperwork and filed everything so I had nothing to worry about. He also confirmed what I already knew that the car was beyond reasonable repair, and filed the adjustment with the terrible insurance company. Not only that, he took the time and consideration to explain to me the paperwork process for the salvage sell and transfer of title. This was all weeks after they had already released my car to the insurance company. I have never felt so helped and supported by an auto shop. I hope I never have a need for an auto body shop again but if I ever do then this will definitely be the place I go to from now on. Very, very...

I had really bad experiences with body shops before, till I worked with “Prime Time Collision”. It was the easiest, smoothest, and fastest repair ever. When I took my car to their body shop they’d already had my rental reserved without me asking them. They were updating me regularly on the status of the car, and even though we were middle of a bunch of holidays, they did their best to finish my car on time.
