Brought my ipad with broken glass for repair. Touch screen digitizer and LCD were still intact. In the repair process the LCD screen was scratched and damaged. We were offered a replacement at a significant increase in cost compared to replacement of the glass despite it occurring during the repair. Though "cosmetic" it was relatively significant. I will say that the owner is very involved and I had a long discussion with him about the options. Opted to not replace it as I was told it was strictly cosmetic and the screen / everything else is working fine. Upon pick up, the home button was no longer working (was told prior to pickup it was). Was told to use the on screen home button option and given a free ipad case as the button was also broken during replacement. Now 1 week later and the LCD screen no longer works.
Given all of this I cannot recommend this store in good faith even if the owner and technician were very nice and responsive. Multiple components were broken during the repair and not fixed. I understand that removing broken glass from an LCD is difficult, but as a repair shop is it your responsibility to tell the customer up front if you think the repair is possible. If they had told me up front that they would likely damage the LCD during removal of the glass and would have to replace it, I would have just bought a new iPad as the cost of the glass and LCD is not worth it for this model. Instead they said they could replace the glass (they inspected the LCD on drop off) and damaged the LCD and home button in the process and wanted me to pay more out of pocket to get them fixed. Now I am out $120 (the cost of the glass replacement) and have a completely...

I dropped my working device off at this place to get a cracked screen fixed. They told me it would be fixed within an hour to an hour and a half. They called me an hour and a half later and said that the new screen they put on it was not responding and it wasn’t working with the new screen, and they had no other screens. The repair person asked me if I could leave it for an entire week, which obviously as most of us rely on our devices, I could not do so. I informed them of this to which he responded “Well I could put your old screen on WITH TAPE”. Did not offer me any apologies, any compensation, any discount… nothing. Only excuses that this wasn’t their fault. When I went to pick it up, he had put on my old screen with a rubber band. The device I at this point was not working at all. It’s not responsive at all. I gave them a cracked but WORKING device, they gave me back a useless NON WORKING ONE! The management was there, I explained that if there’s a possibility that this could happen, they should at least have warned their customers that this is a possibility. To which the manager/owner told me with an arrogant smile on his face, “this is YOUR fault for dropping it and cracking it!” I’ve NEVER in my life witnessed such horrible business practices!! They BROKE my device and blamed me for it! This business should be disgusted with themselves. They’re scammers! Do...
Read moreSAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE. I went here to get my iPad screen fixed because I had cracked it, and I ended up having to go back 3 separate times and LEFT NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK, LEAVING WITH MY IPAD MORE BROKEN THEN IT WAS, AND HAVING TO GET A NEW ONE. The first time I had gone back to pick it up, my BLACK iPad had a WHITE screen on it. They had agreed to fix it and so I brought it back to get fixed for the second time. When I brought it home, there were black lines through my iPad and when you touched the screen it made a loud clicking noise. The third time I brought it back, they told me they had to BEND my iPad back, which made no sense, they gave me no heads up, and they never had to do it for the other 2 installments that I had previously gotten. Now, my home button is smashed in so that you can barley get to it, and another screen alignment issue. When I use my apple pencil to draw, everything is shifted to the side of where I tap my pencil. I did check with another iPad to make sure it wasn't the pencil, and it indeed again was the iPad. When I brought these issue to the business, they proceeded to tell me they would give me a full refund, then WENT BACK ON THEIR WORD AND DID NOT GIVE ME MY FULL MONEY BACK but instead half because "of the costs that they were inquiring". Bottom line is, I paid them to fix my iPad and I ended up PAYING FOR THEM...
