Back in August of 2021, we had a house fire and loss almost everything; including our six fur babies. Once we were allowed in the home, we tried to salvage clothes and shoes that were useable. In the items salvage were our Crocs, some had a soot and smoke damage. We spoke to the manager, Ralph, at the Gloucester County Premium Outlet store to see if we can exchange them. He, graciously, permitted us to exchange the damaged ones for new ones of the same color and style. We just wanted some normalcy, it was hard losing everything and living in a hotel.
From all the companies that we purchase from Crocs and Bath and Body Works were the only two companies who were empathic and allowed us to exchange he damaged products for new ones. Thank you to Ralph, Austin and Jon for being phenomenally understanding, kind, and empathic!!! We will remember that and remain loyal to the Gloucester...

Your whole staff at Gloucester Premium Outlets in New Jersey needs to be replaced starting with Annamaria a disrespectful, change tossing teenager that waits for the opportunity for someone that she has a grudge with to patronize your store and act it out in a place of business during work hours, and on your dime. And also the other staff members stand and sit around and watch the shenanigans that she's performing as if it's some kind of side show. Read moreIt wasn't about the merchandise or pricing that prompted me to give 1 star. It was the lack of interest from one of the employees. There were 2 team players, 1 who was on the register and the other one, who was supposed to be a "manager." Line was wrapped around jibbitz case, through the store. This so called manager did nothing but watch the line grow, and hide in the back. She only came out to approve overrides. It took a 3rd team player who had just walked in to get the store in order.
