AutoZone Auto Parts — Attraction in Goddard

There are few consumer experiences that merit the time and effort to comment on these days; yet I am so happy to have one worth sharing! I was traveling through Kansas on a trip last week when I realized my brake lights were out! With two kids and no tools and evening approaching, I truely needed more than a purchase point for "bulbs," but actual service and help! "Bobby G," was like an Angel sent down! Bobby not only took the time to fix the lights for us in a professional manner, but had a genuine helping desire and wonderful vibrant personality! Oddly... my second brake light went out on the return trip!! It was perfect timing again, and just like magic, Bobby G was there once again willing to help! Thank You Bobby G!! And Thank YOU Autozone... for having the wisdom to hire and promote employees such as Bobby G, that truely make AutoZone the "go to place," for parts and actual "Service with a Smile..!" Now.... They went above & beyond to help today! My 1967 Impala decided to s* it's battery at bomgaars. I called the closest parts store O'Reilly's & asked if anybody would be available just to come jump me & I would be able to come grab a new battery from their store. They offered a cart to carry the battery back across the parking lots but could not come help (even though they have a service vehicle for this kind of situation.) Anyway, I called AutoZone & the gentleman (I believe his name was Ashton) came in his personal car & was able to get us jumped! We then drove over to AutoZone & got the battery switched. Went up there today to get a headlight restoration kit staff was friendly and made sure I've gotten the right kit, went home and did the headlights on my truck and sure did the results had taken my breath away, i was really amazed what this product had done!
