Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Goddard

Attempted to order 7 pizzas by phone to be delivered to Tanganyika (2.2 miles from Pizza Hut) tomorrow. Spoke to Victor at the Goddard store who did not know what or where Tanganyika is. After I explained what it was, spelled it for him, provided the address and explained which pizzas I wanted, he offered a total and asked, "how does that sound?" I said that the website is offering single topping large pizzas for $9.99. He put me on hold and when he returned he said that must be an online only deal because they didn't have it. I asked if a manager was available and Victor immediately began YELLING at me, "That's what I just told you! I just talked to him!" I stopped him and stated he would not yell at me and that I would call him back. I had a pleasant experience placing my order with helpful people at Pizza Ranch. I don't know who runs the Goddard Pizza Hut store but I feel it should not need to be said that yelling at customers is...

I went online ans ordered from here again, like I said I would not do. And again the oedee was 45 min lTe arriving at the destination. This time I am yruely sone with them. This is ridiculous.

I went into the store to order a pizza to be delivered to my dad at 4:45. I received a text at 5:00 saying my pizza was being made. I called at 5:15 and was told that the Doordash driver had not arrived yet. I was NEVER told when ordering that it would be a Doordash delivery. Hindsight I should have asked when I paid why a medium pizza was 26.00 but thought maybe it was due to the extra meat I had put on it. Next problem why was my pizza just being made at 5:00 when it was supposed to be delivered at 4:45.? NEVER AGAIN, EVER will I...

Ordered pizza delivery 3 toppings along with other items,took thhem almost an hour to deliver...Guess what pizza is WRONG basic peperoni.... Call the store 4 times and phone just rings till it hangs up on me!!!Drive over to pizza hut basicly deserted no body in the place. .They remake pizza but i have to wait on it or come back to get it they can have it done in 20 min but if i want it delivered it will be 45 min to an hour...They are nit busy at this point place is Empty...Meantine u paid a deliveey fee and tipped the driver so that my order can be WRONG abd i have to go back and wait in it so we can eat anither 45 min later.......Grrr do.
