Taco Bell — Restaurant in Goddard

Not sure if immaturity and inconsistency is a requirement to work at this taco bell but it certainly seems to be continuing theme with the workers I have encountered here the past few times. Went through the drive thru this time and not only did I see a worker throw a handful of ice into/onto the car of the woman in front of us (I really hope the worker knew this girl in front of us, otherwise that's even worse...) but my husband and I also watched as she asked for some sauce packets and was met with an attitude from the worker as he handed her 2 giant handfuls of sauce and no bag with which to contain the sauce packets. Surprisingly though, our order was actually correct this time, so that's why I didn't give the food a one star rating as well. I understand that during the hours we visited, 5pm on a Sunday, that it's typically going to be teenage workers, but throwing ice and giving attitude like that whether you know the person or not in the vehicle, is...

Super slow considering the dining room was closed & only drive thru was open with 5 people working. We ordered a nacho bell grande with lettuce this evening, checked our bag everything wad there so we left from the window. I pulled the lid odd and tried to find the chips ...the chips were completely crushed beyond being able to pick them up. I probably could have dealt with it if there was atleast was a spoon in the bag. We had to go back, so parked at McDs and walked up to the window. They did offer to remake it but (I NEVER take a restaurant up on that bc you never know what will happen to your food), I asked for a refund instead and nobody knew how to do that without calling someone first. If nothing else 2 things were learned 1) never leave a drive thru without opening lids first and 2) that crew knows how to make...

I will avoid eating here in the future!!!! I went through the drive thru window on a Sat evening. Ordered my food ( eight tacos) at 10 till 6, no one was ahead of me at the window. I pulled up to receive my order. My money was taken...after 20 minutes of no one in site to give me my food I pulled around and went inside, still no one visible waiting the counter or on customers. Several couples standing ahead of me. Heard customers sitting at table saying they had been waiting over 30 minutes. WHERE WAS THE HELP!!!!. Oh yea 5 of them standing in the back!!! Finally got their attention, let them know I was very unhappy, oh then they finally waited on the couple standing to order for over 15 minutes!!! Got my taco's, soggy no doubt!! Poorest service I have ever experienced!! Total wait time for 8 taco's over...
