I just wanted to let you know what an amazing employee works at Bergstrom! A little background, my Fiance and I got engaged back in March where he purchased a ring thru a different jeweler. Since then there has been nothing but issues to the point where my ring has spent more time in NY and fighting with the design & the issues than on my finger to show off for everyone to see. We have had to push back our engagement photos and alot of other fun wedding things due to these delays. Well finally we decided that we needed to do some research with other jewelers to find out what we should be asking for when we go in for yet another meeting about a ring that still wasn't done. My Dad bought my Moms ring from Bergstroms 25 years ago and said if we were really going to look at starting over with some one else they were the place we needed to go to. I am so glad we did! We had the greatest sales guy Peter who was so patient and kind, we explained what happend and showed him our original ring and was able to suggest so many great options to make it the perfect ring again. Even suggesting if we wanted the exact same ring there own jeweler would be happier to make us an exact copy for a fraction of the over inflated price we paid for at the other jeweler. That's when we knew we were in the right place. We are so excited now and are going to meet with the jeweler to take our ring from some bad memories and alot of imperfections to the custom beautiful piece my Fiance always wanted for me. Here’s the proof. I bought a ring I’d long-admired from an antique store – an intricate silver and turquoise original created by an Zuni Pueblo artisan of some renown. From my car, on my phone, I searched for a reputable jeweler to have the ring sized. I selected Bergstrom Jewelers and received an idea of the cost over the phone.

I ran a bunch of errands before heading there. In the meantime I discovered the ring was no longer in my pocket. For two hours I retraced my steps, looking in the aisles and parking lots of four stores. Just before giving up I found it in a parking lot. Bad luck had become good luck - until I found that the ring had been run over by a car, squished. True story. I brought it to Bergstrom.

While not a ring I purchase from them, and they treated me as if I had.

One week later, after the Bergstrom artisans took the ring apart, removing the stones – twice – and reassembled it, and a couple fittings to get it right, it was done and perfect. In the meantime I had made friends with Dino, Cindy, Connie, Zach, and others, retold my lost-found-squished ring story too many times, drank their coffee, and ate their cookies.

I recently bought an engagement ring from Bergstrom’s. It was recommended by a friend, and it took only a few minutes to realize why. It’s a beautiful new store, and you’re greeted warmly. I’d initially met with Bob, but he quickly had me work with Mandie, assuring me that I was in good hands. A few suggestion pictures from my now-fiance was what I had to work with, and she quickly deciphered all of the highpoints I was going to need to pick out the right stone. Meanwhile, Bob had already placed a phone call on my behalf to have some stones brought in for me to choose from the very next day. They were beautiful stones, and Mandie made it an easy choice as to which one was going to work best, and I was able to walk out of the store that next night with amazing Christmas gift in hand. My own man-made time crunch became no worry whatsoever.

Once she’d got the solitaire, we came back in to choose a setting. A few unique requests turned into a stunning, custom-made band and setting. It was done all on-site, and Connie was very interactive about exactly what my fiancé wanted the end result to be.
