Went in because my phone fell and broke from the back, told me it would take a few hours and charged me $150, when I went to pick it up the phone seemed to have a lot glue residue and the material seemed so cheap and the color was off, they said it came straight from Apple (which is a lie) also they left it where the camera is too thick where it doesnât sit right in any phone case and I tried to explain but didnât get me! Also they claimed to have warranty but then when I told them about it they had said that they never do warranty on screen repairs, they donât keep their word!!! I asked for a refund because how was i supposed to keep a phone where it was bad work and they said NO! All they could give me was 10 cents! WHAT A JOKEEEE also they went up to only $5 or a free phone case BS!!! I was given promises and hopes for nothing ! I recommend to never go there!! Bad customer service! She claimed I was wasting their time when there was no one else shopping and she was sitting down taking about a different issue! LMAO i would give this place a zero and report it so they could actually give accountability for the damage they caused!! I was never rude till they were acting so rude and selfish!!! I wasnât going to pay but that would make me a bad person! WOW!! My conscience is better and I know Iâm a better person than what they can...
   Read moreI brought my phone in a week after dropping it to fix some dead pixels. There were no concerns with the software before the screen was repaired, but several alerts popped up and the time/date settings were changed by the repair. The man who I presented these concerns with was dismissive and took no responsibility for the change in software settings and recommended I take my concerns to Spectrum. Although the repair was done in a timely manner, the customer service at the end was poor.
Response to owner: The employee turned my phone off before I was given the opportunity to change my password, and I was told I could inspect the phone after the repair⌠Why would they want my password to verify this if there was no risk of changes to the software? I found these software errors before paying for the service, and although the timing was suspect, the customer service is the heart...
   Read moreMy father who is on a fixed income took his phone to jewelry care cell phone & tablet repair to have the charging port fixed, that was the only thing wrong with it that it wouldn't charge. When he got it back it still wouldn't charge and then when he would receive a phone call or make a phone call no body could hear him when he talked. We took it back and they informed us that they had to order another port for it but they were kind enough to inform us that they wouldn't charge us to fix the replace the port. They never said anything about how they messed it up so that you couldn't hear my dad talking. They wouldn't give us a refund because they said of the work that they had already done.
