went in for a to go order a while ago and told the owner (was taking orders that day) that I wanted 6 tacos asada. She put in 6 asada MEALS (rice beans salad meat) I saw the receipt for $73 literally a minute after I walked out to wait for my order, was still holding the door for the people coming in as I was going out. Walked back in to tell her she made a mistake, she said she couldnāt change the order to what I asked because it was already sent back. I let her know I JUST put the order in less than a minute ago if she could go back stop them so there was no waste of food because it wasnāt what I asked for. She said no. So I asked for a refund and she went back and forth with me about not giving me a refund because itās not her fault that the order is already being made and sheās gonna have to cover the cost of the food waste. I told her if she wouldāve canceled it when I walked up instead of going back and forth she wouldnāt have the problem weāre having right now. She literally refused to give me a refund even though I hadnāt received the food yet, and was literally asking her to cancel it, less than a minute after ordering it. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because she then asked (yelled) for me to leave her store as I was causing a āsceneā. The waiter we had wrote down my order wrong and tried to blame me for the mistake when I clearly stated I did not want beef, but wanted chicken. It wasnāt my fault he didnāt listen and wrote it down incorrectly. The beef tacos had ungodly amounts of sour cream, which made them soggy and so messy to eat it was aggravating and the waiter didnāt care and was a little rude about it.
