La Terraza — Restaurant in Goldsboro

went in for a to go order a while ago and told the owner (was taking orders that day) that I wanted 6 tacos asada. She put in 6 asada MEALS (rice beans salad meat) I saw the receipt for $73 literally a minute after I walked out to wait for my order, was still holding the door for the people coming in as I was going out. Walked back in to tell her she made a mistake, she said she couldn’t change the order to what I asked because it was already sent back. I let her know I JUST put the order in less than a minute ago if she could go back stop them so there was no waste of food because it wasn’t what I asked for. She said no. So I asked for a refund and she went back and forth with me about not giving me a refund because it’s not her fault that the order is already being made and she’s gonna have to cover the cost of the food waste. I told her if she would’ve canceled it when I walked up instead of going back and forth she wouldn’t have the problem we’re having right now. She literally refused to give me a refund even though I hadn’t received the food yet, and was literally asking her to cancel it, less than a minute after ordering it. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because she then asked (yelled) for me to leave her store as I was causing a “scene”. Went with my family today, and ordered 4 beef/cheese/lettuce/sour cream tacos, 1 beef/cheese/lettuce taco with rice and beans for the child, and 3 grilled chicken tacos. The waiter we had wrote down my order wrong and tried to blame me for the mistake when I clearly stated I did not want beef, but wanted chicken. It wasn’t my fault he didn’t listen and wrote it down incorrectly. The beef tacos had ungodly amounts of sour cream, which made them soggy and so messy to eat it was aggravating and the waiter didn’t care and was a little rude about it. Spent lots of money in this restaurant. For what reason I truly have no clue. The owner is always rude. Rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing every time a customer walks in. Their hours are incorrect. They just close whenever they feel like it. The servers are stopping customers at the door telling them they better tip or they won’t be allowed to eat in the restaurant. The food has been horrible past few times. The service is super slow served with a nasty attitude and overwhelmed. From my experience y’all need to just close the doors.
