I had a horrible experience yesterday afternoon At Goldsboro Starbucks on Berkeley the one that I frequent at least three times a week. I used my Apple Card to pay for a grape and egg tray as well as a pistachio drink. I charged on my Apple Pay but was told that it did not go through so I paid cash. I got an alert from Apple Pay saying that it was deducted so I went back to show a man that they consider a manager my receipt and explain to him the situation he was very rude hostile and I believe prejudice…. told me that I would have to deal with corporate and shut the window in my face. When I went to park my car to get out to speak with him he had the doors locked not wanting to deal with the situation and told me it was no way I was getting my money back even with my proof from Apple Pay . I actually had to call the cops And all thou I had proof Even the police couldn’t get my money back. Read moreWaited 20 min for my drink. The place was packed inside but drive through was strolling right on. After about 17 min I asked the barista about my order as I had been waiting close to 17 min but drive through was not waiting. With an a filed an incident report. And i said I didn’t want to talk to him as he was rude for no reason. Only then he said sorry. to wait although I see drive through rolling on. At about 20 min I ask the cashier for a refund and he was extremely rude! He said “everyone is waiting” and as I say we’ll DT is not he RAISED his voice and said “ok I’m fixing it” and after I said “sir I’m not raising my voice there is no reason for you for talk to me that way” his reply is “well you’re making me nervous”! Read moreThis store is the worst! I have called corporate about them 3 times in two months! I simply order a shaken expresso with very light ice and get excuses from them about how "it's too unsafe for them to do very light ice with hot expresso!" So on my last visit 5 Aug, I told the female taking my order that corporate had already confirmed that they absolutely COULD make my drink as I ordered it, she refused and referred to me as "hun" over and over again. I told her it was disrespectful and unprofessional, at which time the so called "manager" said he refused to now make my drink at all and that I should go somewhere else. WHICH I DID right nextdoor at Target, AND HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED!! (No problem in Wilmington NC, Myrtle Beach SC and Sumter SC in the past few days either!!!!)
