Electric Tattoo and Art Gallery — Attraction in Goldsboro

So I was pierced by another shop (which I will not name because I’m not going to slander a piercer who is still learning), and had a few issues. I contacted Brook because I was having issues and she had me come in same day. Since then the problems have resolved, and she has placed 3 more piercings (septum, lobes, and daith) and is currently (as of early nov 2021) waiting on a guest to come in and for some other jewelry to come in to place a few more piercings. For my first piercings (nips) I thought I was going to see alllllll the gods (not just one, but all of them). For all of my other piercings I’ve heard “all done” and asked “that’s it?!?!” She has been amazing. I can’t wait for my next piercings, and to see what kind of awesomeness we come up with. She takes not only anatomy into consideration, but also your comfort, and what you want to see. She will absolutely tell you when she thinks something is outside of her comfort, or outside of what she would recommend based on your anatomy. She will also be willing to joke, and make you feel like you have known her for ages. I hate pain with a passion, but she has made me have an itch to just get everything pierced because she is able to make me want more. If you want someone who is professional and playful at the same time the only person I recommend is Brook. I can’t wait to see what all we come up with...

I just took my wife up for her last session on her foot and I have nothing but admiration for the shop as a whole. They’re all vey friendly and professional with just the right amount of playful attitude. Jae is a funny guy and fun to talk to and he DEFINITELY knows his way around the ink. My wife’s tattoo has amazing color work, it healed up very nicely and it was an overall awesome experience. There are quite a few shops closer to where I live, but I’ll definitely be throwing my loyalty at Electric Tattoo like a hot potato with a live hand grenade in it. Haven’t gotten a piercing there yet, but that’s going to change soon. Watching the piercer work is enough to know that she’s pro to the bone. It only got a 5/5 because I can’t give more. I had my first and only tattoo done here back in 2021. Absolutely horrific. I'm actively looking to get it removed, so that's fun! For comparison, I've included the photo of what I asked for and then what it looks like now. It's looked this bad since the beginning, not just because it's been 3 years. I wish I remembered the guys name that did it, but I just know it was a guy at this tattoo shop. A day or 2 after receiving the tattoo, it began fading already. I reached out to the guy and he said to come back and he'd fill it. It turned out even worse. It's crooked and not anything like I asked for. In 10 years this tattoo will just be one blob of ink on my wrist. I'll have it removed before that happens, though. My advice - absolutely do not get a tattoo done here.
