31-W Liquor Store — Attraction in Goodlettsville

I visited this establishment more than once the employees were friendly and never had a problem .One day I went in the store and the wine was priced for $11.99 which is the same price I paid for it in the last couple of months I visited the store. That day it rang up for $13.99 and I told the clerk that it was priced for $11.99 she said she couldn’t change the price and I know that to be untrue because she has done it in the past also another gentleman changed the price for me once before without any hesitation. She argued back and forth with me stating that she couldn’t change the price I told her have a good night and I left. I thought that was ridiculous to loose a customer because the store didn’t do their job to change the price on the shelf. They lost a customer that came in there every night which amounts to$400 a month all because they didn’t wanna change the price. My wife and I not only live nearby this shop, but we try our best to shop with privately owned small businesses. We've been in twice recently and were very happy with both the selection and the pricing. Very competitive even for a one-off small business.
