Michaels — Attraction in Goodyear

I used to love Michael’s so much and would come sometimes twice a week if not more over the years, but when the one near me started going downhill and service lacked I came less and less. Today I stopped in this location to check out the home decor and felt the same underwhelming feeling as before just at a different store. This location seems smaller and while pretty organized service lacked. I was not greeted once the entire time I was in the store. First time visiting this store, very clean and nice! I definitely would return to this location. I had a lot of questions on certain things and needed help looking and Kendra was more than happy to assist me! She told me exactly where the items i was looking for were located as well as found a coupon on an item i was purchasing! Thank you very much...

Save your money and time, drive to the location on Litchfield over this. I was pretty excited to see something going into the old World Marketplace , but was quickly disappointed. Store feels small, missing something.

Employees constantly make me feel super uncomfortable. Like im doing something wrong when im not.
