Pottery Barn Outlet — Attraction in Goodyear

I drove from Scottsdale to this Goodyear, Az location and wasn't sure what to expect when arriving. I could not believe the great things they have there! I happened to go in on a day when their beds were 60% off and bought 2 beds under 1K total that would have been 3K+ full price! Also, 40% off the leather chairs I had been looking at for a while so added them to my purchase. Long story short, I was in there for 2 hours and came out with 8 items totally less than what the 2 beds would have been full price! Also, Darcy could not have been more helpful! She was so friendly and easy to work with and helped me find everything I was looking for. The items I purchased are in perfect shape! The thing to remember is this is an OUTLET and if you go in with that attitude, you might leave with something you love! And if you don't find it the first time, keep visiting as things literally change daily! Again, I can't thank Darcy enough..she is wonderful! Renee was also great and very helpful! Totally worth...

Buyer beware! In general the stuff is great. I have purchased a lot of items here at a decent discount compared to buying it new and in brand new condition. Bought bed, couple of dressers, desks, pictures, lighting and all nice. The biggest piece I bought was a grey leather sectional. Just got there and was exactly what I wanted. Still expensive at over $5000 but originally over $11k so what a great deal!? But had it in my house and within a couple weeks is scratched up, and scuff marks everywhere. I have dogs which is why I get leather. None of my other leather coaches ever scratched like this. The leather literally rubs off from us sitting on it. I've had it covered in blankets too to try and keep it looking new. And I can't return it can't complain because it was from the outlet. So only buy stuff that you are sure will last. Do a scratch test on leather. So you don't lose...

Great service and prices! I cant believe all of the bad reviews stating high prices...? What? this is Pottery Barn people, not free furniture warehouse! I always find a great deal as compared to the retail price, which still isn't cheap...but you get what you pay for! Wood furniture, dove tail drawers, hand finishes, a real attention to detail and not throw away furniture. Sure you can get similar for cheap if that is how you want to outfit you house. However if you love Pottery Barn, and want it for a fraction of retail the shop here!
