After going through the marriage process for 2 years and then getting married, having our children attending RE and summer camp. I have to be nothing but honest. Staff would take forever to call me back, our marriage coordinator whom we spent 2 years meeting and talking to, didn't show up to rehearsal or our wedding instead I was surprised with a substitute sweet lady that didn't speak Spanish and I had to translate everything to our padrinos and court of honor which as a result caused a lot of confusion and disorganization. This was a bit unpleasant and disappointing. It took 4 weeks to get my marriage certificate and I have yet to receive my confirmation certificate. My children attended summer camp and the communication with the counselors was poor I didn't even know where I was suppose to go on the first day I never received a welcome email, a call, nothing, we just showed up. And on the last day, as well there was no thank you no goodbyes we showed up the next day and no one was there. Makes me think there was maybe email communication with others but I never received anything. Overall I'm disappointed and it feels at times as if they just don't care. I pay and contribute but don't feel as if the staff put the effort in. It is the church nearest to us so we will continue to attend mass and enroll our children in RE. Praying that we feel more valued and respected as...

I would wish people at the parish office would answer the phone, call me back, or even have the church open during the day. I noticed after church there are no social gatherings like coffee after so no one new can meet new people and talk. What's the sense of community if...
