Pho King Eggroll II LLC — Restaurant in Goodyear

We've ordered food from here since this place opened. But recently mid 2016 the owners have changed for 3rd time and have decided to decrease portions sizes, like they didn't think that customers would notice. We ordered shrimp fried rice and normally the previous owners would fill the large square Styrofoam container to the brim, but today we get home only to find that we can see the bottom of the container! So as disappointed as we were, we wont be going back anytime soon. They can expect to see the bottom of their cash register tray when they count money at the end of the night. They are like the chinese buffet place down the road that has changed owners 8 times. They think changing the restaurants name is their mistake, when its actually their selection/portion size that's the problem. I had been coming to this restaurant for years now, recently took a break and came back to find out that the management had changed as well as the menu. the quality and taste is not the same, the meat was thick and didn't taste as good as before. it was disappointing. I wonder what happened ... Update 2/12/2022 It's definitely not the same as it once was, the food is worse and the service is too. We got seated and gave our order, 10 minutes later a couple got seated next to us, they got their food and drinks first!? Then after I flagged the waitress that had served them and asked why they got their food before us... practically they forgot about ours. Another 20 minutes later we got ours. It's sad but it's time to find another place to go.. nothing...

Food was great, service was poor. Took a while before a server came for our order. Only brought out a couple meals at a time and several minutes in between. Since mine was one of the first out, by the time I started to eat it was mildly warm. Once everyone got food we never saw the server again. One person in our group even got up to get his own drink refill. Even my to go order came before I was ready to pay so it sat. I went to pay and had to wait while 1 person was with customer on phone and 2 others looked right at me and never offered to assist. I only tipped as a courtesy though it certainly was not deserved.
