Horrible experience at this Target. Let start with the manager of the store Ahmee, probably most disrespectful and ignorant people I have ever met. First off didnāt even know what happened or why I was returning product and said no we canāt help. āI donāt care, call manufacturer.ā Let start with what happened. Tuesday my wife had been having issues feeding our baby and told me to go purchase a breast pump, purchased Spectra S2 plus pump. Before paying, I asked associate if I opened pump could I return it because might have wanted another one and said yes of course and even provide me a gift receipt in the event we didnāt like it. Later that day my wife said I got the non rechargeable one and if I could go return it and purchase correct one. Customer service was pretty nice that day and explained to me they were sorry they couldnāt return it but because it was the associate fault the manager should be able to override it but wouldnāt be back until Thursday morning. Today I went in and was treated with an unprofessional manager. He stated ā I donāt care what my associate said, not my problem, call customer service if you have a problem.ā When asked for information on his district or division manager such as number or email or even name. His response was āNo, why would I provide that to you. Iām the boss and this is as high as you go.ā Horrible experience and if you want to ever get anything resolved at this store, good luck and watch out cause whatever associate or any target member say when they help you obviously...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have just got off the phone after talking to the store manager to let him know of my experience at Target today. At around 3.30pm, my husband and I were looking at some televisions that were on sale. We had some questions but no one was at the desk so I went to look for an assistant. I soon found out that all the call phones had been removed so I had to walk half way around the store to find an assistant, which was a struggle for me as I have a disability. Finally, I found someone who called to get help, but no one appeared so we asked a second person. Eventually a young lady showed up in electronics. We told her that we were interested in a TV but had a few questions to which she replied, āI only sell TVs but donāt know anything about them and to go to Best Buy as their employees were trained to answer questions about their products.ā I asked her what her manager would say if they knew what she was saying, and she replied that they were trained to say that. I almost felt like leaving everything in our carts with her, but we continued to the checkout. But without a TV I would have bought. I was in retail for years, even at Target for a while and never have I heard someone say that to a customer. I thought the main reason for stores was to sell products. With employees like this, Target probably wonāt be afloat much longer. After years of shopping with you I canāt say how disappointed I am. So, off to Best Buy it is, along with my recommendation to friends and family to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went into target September 25th around 855am. I had been calling the target for over twenty minutes about a product. I was picked up and before I can say anything hung up on three times.
I call while in the store and the department and watched Michael pick the phone up and hang it up. Perfect.
I ask him about a Mac charger and he dismissed me into a printer isle, I tell him it says on the app itās supposed to be in aisle g6. He says he has to go in the back, I ask him to please go and Iāll pick something up and meet him at the register.
Heās asking me technical questions I donāt know since this is for a work computer. I tell him idk and to look at my phone for the technical answers. He scuffs and says āthese peopleā not sure what that even means.
I have really bad allergies today so I came in looking a little rough.
I get to the register and heās not there so I search for him. I find him in an aisle and ask if he found the charger. He doesnāt want to give it to me, let me look at it or nothing. He tells me he has to walk me up front with the product. The product is $79.00. I call the target store and they tel me the policy is if it is over $100 they have to walk us up there which it is not.
This man was rude to me, acted like I was bothering him, didnāt want to help me and probably thought I couldnāt afford the purchase. All and all target has become the new Walmart and Iām done...
