Foxy Nails — Attraction in Grand Island

I love Foxy Nails! They are very good at what they do, they keep their equipment clean and they are respectful and work well under pressure with multiple clients at a time. I often go to get gel nails with tips or without tips added to my nails depending on my nail length at the time, I always feel bad for my nail tech Michael as I usually come in with dirt n oil on the edges of my nails, and I know it takes him longer than normal to do my nails, but working in dirt n oil or not I still deserve to be pampered! :D and he definitely pampers me and always listens to me and does what i ask without getting upset no matter how dirty my nails are 🙈, because of this i always go back n ask for him no matter how long the wait is! The other nail techs are great also and I have been to several of them thruout the years when traveling but since moving back home Michael has been my go to! I enjoy getting my nails painted to match my nail color! =) I also like to get my armpits waxed here as it makes me feel cooler and cleaner longer especially in the summer heat as I greatly enjoy the outdoors! I will have to ask her name next time I go but I assume she runs the place, she is great! All around Foxy Nails, nail technicians all do a very nice job! A very wise person once said: "Look good, feel good!" And I swear by this statement; without my Barbie nails I am just not the same happy person on the Outside that I am on the Inside! I went in about a week ago was told my wait would be 20 minutes an hour and a half later I left after not being seen. I decided to go back in today and I should have gone somewhere else. One guy started my nail fill and then abruptly stopped and had someone else finish it. She then had to have someone else step in because she could not do what I was requesting. Then the third person to try and help me could not handle the design and even after I stated she could do a design she was more comfortable with she insisted on trying my idea and it came out sub par. At the end of the day I left with nails that are not all the same shape or length and a design that does not match the one on the other hand. Went in for a pedicure and right off the bat felt pretty rushed. They started the pedicure steps before even asking which service I wanted. It was pretty uncomfortable as all I wanted to do was relax. However, the message chair was so loud and squeaky that I turned it off. The massage portion felt like it lasted all of 2min. IMPORTANTLY: I did not find this place sanitary. They re-used the toe separator (this was obvious from the previous nail colors still on it, and the fact they came right off my feet back into a drawer).
