Scenic, Peaceful, and a Little Adventure! Grand Marais Breakwater Trail is such a cool spot! Gorgeous views of the lake all the way out to the lighthouse. You can walk the main cement path or, if the water's low and waves aren’t crashing, take the rocky edge for a little adventure. Either way, it’s a fun and relaxing walk with picture-perfect scenery. You can spot little stickle back fishes in the shallow waters. There's even an electric blue one. There are plenty of parking spaces.

A must do adventure when in Grand Marais! Couldn't believe how clear the water was. Wind can be brisk so plan accordingly. Enjoy one of the great little cities on the Northshore. 😁
