Grand Marais Marina Photogenic Point — Attraction in Grand Marais

The campground is huge! We had #215, FHU, Level, with 2 shade trees, at end of row but near a dump station which didn't smell or wasn't noticeable due to shrubs on the drivers side. Space between sites seem to be,okay, but no privacy. Sites are back to back, too close, within 15'. We didn't use any facilities so we can't rate those. I don't care for the fire pit location. It's to the front of site, where it might be too close to your or neighbors' parked vehicle. A huge positive is that the campground is located on outskirts of a quaint small bay shore town, Grand Marais, from the campground you can walk into town. Plus the BEAUTIFUL views of Lake Superior, GM Harbor, from the Campground...
