Sidetrax Hobbies Inc — Attraction in Grandville

I purchased 2 venom 3 cell lipos and a spectrum lipo charger from these guy's less than a month ago. Only used the packs for 3 full charge cycles with the charger combo I bought from them, and now both packs are bad. One is poofed and the other is below critical voltage. I called to see if there was anything they could do for me, and was told to call the manufacturer. Ive dealt with many hobby stores over the year's, and in the past they have always taken care of issue like this. I called venom and all i get is the run around. So It appears sidetrax doesn't stand by the products they are selling. just know you could possibly be stuck with bad lipo's. Edit venom is sending me 2 new packs free of charge. so venom...

This place is just the best. Although it is a little far away, the service is great and they have more parts than you would know what to do with. I remember one time I ended up blowing my Rustler's engine, but we took it here and they fixed it in a matter of minutes, and they gave us a discount because of the old gear too! Never have I seen a hobby shop where you can walk in, and in a matter of minutes walk out with everything sorted out. This is the best...

Prices are very close to if not better than internet prices, which I have not seen before at any other hobby shop. They carry plenty of different Traxxas R/C RTR kits, replacements parts, and hop ups. Way better than Rider hobby shop in the RC department.
