Subway — Restaurant in Grandville

December 31st 2021, my boyfriend and I went to this subway for lunch at 1 pm. The service was okay, our orders were made how we wanted them to be but I had noticed that an employee didn’t change their gloves in between handling our separate sandwiches. Eating them was good and we went through the rest of our New years eve like normal. The next day on January 1st 2022, my boyfriend and I both woke up and began to violently vomit. This consisted all day and we couldn’t keep anything down. We had terrible body chills, explosive Diarrhea and extreme stomach pain. The only thing different about our day was getting our food from this subway. Joshua should be recognized by Corporate, for his amazingly positive attitude for being the ONLY employee at this location!!! Joshua not only works open to close every day, but he is positive minded and meticulous with his work quality. It's crazy to me that he is able to continue this schedule and stay positive.

Everything was great about this place. The young lady who helped me with my order was very understanding. She made sure my order was correct. Helped me with my coupon and greeted me with a smile and respect. The area was pretty clean that I am aware of. I didn’t sit inside. There were a few ladies getting food before me but the employee was quick to help me when they checked out. Great Subway. Let’s keep it that way… Ive already abandoned the one on Lake Mi Dr in Standale to come to this one.
