Now the wife is a fan of Author Jane Austen and a favorit book of Ms Austen is " Pride & Prejudice". Well the local theater group 'Barnstormers Theater' is at present putting on a stageplay of that story so we just had to take it all in. The Theater it's self is small but homey, not a bad seat in the place and it was packed. The crowd was attentive and appropriately responsive. Not sure if this was opening night but the actors didn't miss a line or a que, but who am I to say I'm certainly no critic. What I can say, it was very entertaining and very cleverly done. Not being a big fancy operation with lavish stage parifinalia there was clever manovering that to me was part of the entertainment. Something that always impresses me about the theater and acting is the casting of characters. I thought they were well casted. I have made a lot of friends from this theater, and have a lot of memories in this intimate, magical place. With 88 chairs, you never have a bad seat in the house, and the hosts and box officers are always friendly and the volunteers on stage and back stage will pour their heart into every show.
