PokeGo — Restaurant in Grants Pass

The first time there, their service was great, portions huge, food delicious. I want to go again. This time, I want to layer the poke differently. The textures and tastes were fabulous. Update Just went in for lunch, got there as they opened. The fish bins had yesterday's slop frozen to the side of the container, and all the vegetables looked dry and old. I turned around and walked out. The owners were great when they ran the counter but the last few times I have gone in, there were inexperienced staff who did not take the care I experienced in the first few visits. Build a bowl.. on the daily. Literally. Everyday since the grand opening I have enjoyed the best overall experience I have ever had while obtaining fresh poké .. the Freshness of all proteins, rice & vegetables, add in the amazing customer service, genuine appreciation of your business & with a clean, welcoming atmosphere has this place at the very top of my must go to establishments. I am generally concerned for anyone ordering to-go, uber eats etc from this location. All of their food is served with hot rice and cold fish. Hopefully, management reads this and offers a hot or cold rice option. As far as I'm aware, sushi and sushi like options are normally served with room temperature or slightly cooler rice unless fried... If someone reads this at the store...room temp rice is going to be...
