They are super awesome!! My wife is so happy with the replacement for the lost stone in her wedding ring. The younger gentleman behind the counter with dark hair & glasses (my wife didn't get his name) was very courteous and professional. He didn't get upset when my wife asked him to re-shape one of the rebuilt prongs after the repair. For those of us who are somewhat intimidated by the atmosphere of a traditional jewelry store, this little shop is perfect. They can order any type of gemstone you like with upfront pricing. We happened to purchase the replacement diamond for my wife's ring on Ebay. The gentleman tested the diamond for us and was very knowledgeable about fraud & safety concerns, especially from India. Fortunately our diamond was genuine. The shop is low-key & comfortable despite the small size.
