Very good food, wonderful staff with interesting conversations, and giant portions!
The veggie egg rolls are giant, though be warned some people have nicknamed them Lava Rolls because they are juicy inside and extremely hot, straight out of the fryer, so be prepared to wait before eating... But they are made when you order!
The veggie noodle soup was amazing, I will be getting it again, and with less other foods because it mostly filled me up... Lol
The veggie chop suey I got after eating the noodles, and I regreted already being full because I wanted to keep eating it... *sigh
I also got the Vegetable Deluxe, but while it wasn't bad with lots of different veggies stir fried in it, it didn't hold a candle to the rest. After stuffing myself, I then stuffed 2 Styrofoam boxes with the leftovers, so I will be eating well for a few days!
The atmosphere here is a really good one, subdued conversation with families and friends, but not too loud. Nice and not run down or dirty, but not stuck up or too traditional-I-am-way-underdressed-and-am-being-looked-down-on-as-a-savage, one of the best feeling Chinese places I have ever been too.

I will take into consideration that the new owner is learning the ropes, but seriously, it took us 2 hours to get through this dinner. The wait staff seemed confused, couldn't remember to bring food out, (I had to go up to the cash register and ask for our soup to be brought to us), and at times ignoredus. The only one who seemed to be on top of it was the young woman who was clearing the tables. She brought us more hot tea, extra napkins and asked if she could bring us anything else. The owner did give us 10% off our bill for the long, long wait.I will say this,the food was pretty good and the restaurant itself was cleaner. I don't think these guys were expecting the rush they had,there was great confusion within the wait staff, and the food was on the cold side by the time it got to us. I look forward to seeing improvements, both on the servers side, and the restaurant itself. One suggestion for the owners is to switch from egg rolls to spring rolls.;...
Read moreWe went in the beginning of May and were told that ownership had changed but it was the same food. At that visit, the portions were almost half of what they used to be but cost the same and the flavor of the food was not as good. Assumed that maybe they just needed some time to figure things out since they had just changed owners. But we went back 3 months later and there was no improvement. In fact, when I asked for pink sauce sizes, I wasn't even offered the option of the 2 ounce so I was charged $4.50 for 8 ounces but then given a 2 ounce for free as well. The sign on the fridge while they were packing my food said one 2 ounce per meal, each additional $1. I only needed 3, so I could have spent $2 but was made to spend $4.50. Again portions were ridiculously small (an order of bbq pork was 4 small slices) and the flavors were severely lacking. We will not be returning. We would rather drive to medford for Chinese food than ever go back here. And we use to get this about once per month before ownership changed. My advice, go...
