I walk into the store. I stay away from the lady at the counter because I am currently on the phone. While I am telling my friend I will call him back after I leave she comes over stands right in front of me and says " can I help you?" She said it so loud and rude my friend asked why the person was yelling at me ... I turned away from her hoping she would get the hint I haven't even made eye contact with her. She proceeds to follow me until I end my call and let her know what I need besides just that she was rude and very caddy the whole 5 minutes I was in the store. My photo of the front said I took it at 5:49 it is now 5:56 pm and I am in the parking lot. Paying a dollar more at a gas station would have been better than the rude treatment and just had customer service I received here. If her boss wants anything else sold in that store he might want to think about how his employees approach customers. She was in more of a hurry to get me out of the store, than the phrase "can I help you with something?,"...

The lady who worked there wouldn't accept my paper id which was posted. I understand but it is upsetting. However I also have a passport wallet card which permits me to travel to Canada and Mexico and is valid anywhere there and in the US. I showed her and she also did not accept. I asked if she would call her boss and she did. Her boss told her to not accept the passport as well. This is entirely egregious and unacceptable. Usually I have zero issues because the lady I deal with most often is a delight. But the one i just spoke to was so rude. Apparently I just wasted around $35. I bought a vape, flavor undesignated, and it's gross. Called and asked if i could exchange it (less that 24 hours later), and instead of saying "no" politely, she was so snotty. I see no reason why they couldn't exchange product that a customer was very dissatisfied with. I think that policy stinks as far as customer service is concerned.
